Customer Care: were professional, courteous and got back to me within the same day to answer my query.
My order: arrived on the day requested (next day delivery) and having seen a photograph of the floral bouquet I am very happy with it.
I find that different countries have different fashions/expectations regarding flowers, so ordering and having the bouquet made up in the country it is to be received in ensures it meets both standards and expectations.
I would definitely use Interflora again :)

The flowers were for my mum on her 60th birthday. The flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely stunning.

The recipient was thrilled and said the quality and quantity was excellent. It may cost to send flowers to South Africa but it is worth it.

The bouquet absolutely delighted my friends in LA with its size, colour and variety. A week later they let me know that it was still "blooming" and sent me a picture - with which I, too, was delighted. Great value for money for such positive, emotional impact as a means of saying "Thank you" for their hospitality.

My daughter who received the boquet in Melbourne, Australia said that the flowers were of good quality and variety. She was extremely pleased with them.

Simple facts are:

The ordering process was easy.
The customer service was good.
The time it took to order was good.

The product that arrived was not what i asked for. Nor was it representative of the picture online.
