Ordered for my daughter's 21st birthday as she is away studying in Houston USA.[...]. Disappointing display, rather sparse and irises failed to open. Not good value for money.

My friends got engaged while on holiday in the states and I wanted to get something to them while they were away, flowers seemed the obvious choice. I would say the range of options on choice [...] in the US was not overly exciting. The flowers did the job in terms of conveying our wishes but lacked the wow factor I was hoping for.

This was a surprise gift for a close friend, who's been going through a rough patch lately and needed something in the way of a tonic, and reminding that they are loved. When it arrived, the recipient thought the deliverer had come to the wrong house, but was overjoyed when put right and at the quality and variety of flowers on display. On my part, the basket was well worth it, both for price and for having the desired effect on my friend.

The recipient was delighted with her gift. The arrangement was really fresh with some of the buds opening up each day to her utter delight. As she is seriously ill that was just what I had hoped for when I placed my order with you. Thank you.
