I haven't seen the gift myself, but it was certainly appeared to represent excellent value for money. The person who took the order over the telephone was absolutely fantastic. She couldn't have been more helpful, especially as the flowers were required at very short notice. I would not hesitate to use your service again.

the booking and purchasing process was straight forward and easy and delivered when stated Thank you. the gift looked lovely online and seemed to get a good amount of stems for the money but as it was a gift, i didn't see what was delivered so am unable to comment on what was actually delivered.

I ordered these flowers for my wife and she absolutely loved them! When they arrived they were vibrant and completely stunning and the bouquet was of a good size!

For the first 3-4 days they remained wonderful, but sadly by about the 5th day they had started to drop their petals quite badly, and by day 7 they had to be thrown away.

Although the flowers really were extremely beautiful and my wife was very pleased, I really wish they'd lasted a little longer, especially considering my daughter had bought her a very cheap bunch of flowers from the supermarket, which lasted twice as long!

If you don't need them to last, then I would definitely recommend this bouquet! It was so colourful and as my wife put it, was a 'like bunch of happiness'!

Customer service and update emails were very good and it was easy to order them.
The flowers arrived promptly however when I saw them I felt disappointed that the bunch was a lot smaller than pictured.
I assumed the bouquet was going to be as lovely and full as the bunch pictured but it actually looked quite minute and bare once they were put in to a vase. I definitely expected more for the money that I paid.

Recipient was very happy with them. Very happy with quality the sunflowers in particular.

I ordered some flowers for my mum for mothers day but as the mothers day flowers were almost twice the price I actually ordered her some thank you flowers instead and just wrote happy mothers day on the card.
I was actually shocked that practically identical flowers were almost twice the price just because they were on the mothers day page!!!!

I dont feel that you can justify charging that amount for the same flowers but having said that the flowers i did order were lovely and a reasonable price.

Beautiful flowers sent to my daughter on a very special occasion. Sadly she didnt know who sent them as the card was mislaid. It took the moment away as she didnt know who sent them and my card was not read with a very personal message attached.

I was told the quality of the gift was lovely and it arrived round about midday. My sister loved it and remarked on how fresh the flowers were.

Flowers were beautiful and appropriate for a 21st birthday. Took me a while to choose, [...] Absolute value for money and so easy to use the website.

Bouquet looked lovely. However sunflower stems were soggy [...] & made the water murky straight away. Changed water twice daily but had to throw sunflowers away on third day as the stems were completely rotten. Other flowers were ok, lasting as expected. Disappointed with bouquet on the whole, not worth the money I paid.

Lovely selected sunflowers and beautifully arrange for my girlfriends 2nd anniversary. Sunflowers being her favourite they were perfect, great value for money and still 10 days later they look great. They were delivered very professionally also packed and sealed not damaging the plants.
These are really nice sunflowers to brighten up any living room during the summer weeks.

I live in the US and my mum lives in the UK. I sent her some flowers for Mother's Day (US) along with some chocolates. She said they were both very nice. They arrived on time. My mum has to use a stair lift to get to the front door and the courier was very helpful in assisting her with the box.

My only gripe concerns the actual purchase. Ordering them online with a credit card was impossible since the system either couldn't decipher the address information or the transaction was blocked by my card issuer. The website didn't provide any helpful feedback other than to state there was an error. I ended up using PayPal and I had to call my credit card issuer to unblock my card. I can't necessarily fault Interflora for this but I think it is worth flagging if you are purchasing overseas.

Lots of choice lead me to Interflora. All done over the internet and very simple. They kept me in touch with the delivery side of things. It had the impact I wanted when my friend received the bouquet, so I'm happy.
