This was surprise for my mum in law for her birthday she loves her flowers,she was very pleased with them & said they were gorgeous.

Value for money was good, and the freshness of the was good also. The gift was received and loved by the recipient. The recipient my Sister-in-law loved the flowers and took a photo of them for me. I was slightly disappointed to see that there weren't many blue flowers as the picture on your site. There were a lot of white flowers, but the gift still looked lovely. The delivery was very quick for same day delivery service.

This is the first time I have used this way to send a bunch of happiness, but it wont be the last.

Needed to send flowers to a male friend who was sick. Was pleased to see there was a bouquet which seemed suitable for a man. The whole process of ordering and sending was very smooth and my friend seemed to get a great deal of pleasure from receiving it. I also sent chocolates. I have had these myself when sent as a gift and I would say they are nice without being exceptional. however it all does add to a lovely treat when you are unwell and need cheering up!

I was a bit wary of ordering on a same day service but after ordering at 10am using the standard same day option they arrived by 2pm!

Quality was really good, they are still going strong and colourful 4 days later.

The only really minor downside for this ordering experience was that the spring special offer code for a free box of chocolates didn't seem to apply to the options available on the same-day service for some reason.

But that is ok I only accidentally stumbled across the chocolate offer during the process of ordering anyway, it would have been a nice bonus though. :)

I realised it was my Grandma's Birthday too late on the same day! Rushed on here thinking I wouldn't be able to get anything delivered until the next day but I was chuffed to find that I could get same day delivery to her for about £8! (Saved the day!!).

I ordered at about 11.30am and my Gran received a gorgeous bunch of flowers by about 3pm! The feedback texts from Interflora were great as I knew when my Gran had received them! She hasn't stopped texting me each day since to tell me how lovely they still look which is great!

Ordered for same day delivery on birth of our grandson. Delivered as requested and were as seen online. Recipients liked the fact that they were ready for display without the need to unwrap and arrange in vases. (other flowers had caused problems) Saw flowers personally one week later and still looked fresh. Would order these again.

The vase of flowers was lovely - just as shown on the selection! The blue collar is a lovely ides and really made the flowers stand out.
They were good value for money and are ideal for any occasion.

I ordered The Large Blue Perfect Gift for my mum who lives in Edinburgh as a surprise 80th birthday present. The flowers were delivered on the day just after midday and my mum was over the moon with the gift. She was very impressed by the way they had been presented and arranged. I spoke to her about 2 weeks later and she said they still looked beautiful. I am very pleased with the service I received from Interflora and will definitely use them again. I especially liked getting a text message to inform me that the flowers had been delivered.

Very disappointed with flowers, although I paid for a large bouquet the bouquet that arived was smaller than the picture of the standard size.
Unfortunately I did not take a photograph as they were a gift for an ill person and I did not wish to upset them further by making a fuss about it. Very poor value for money.

Packaging of the bouquet was wonderful and delivered exactly as requested. Most of the flowers within the arrangement were very fresh and lasted well. The content was not exactly as per the display photo, the cream and white flowers were perfect, but the coloured ones were very pale, when they did open, but most stayed in bud and did not open. The recipient was happy to receive and enjoyed the display very much, I am a little glad though that they did not know how I perceived it would look, as that may have led to a little disappointment.
