The lady that was sent the flowers was soon on the phone to say how beautiful they were.

I purchased the blue and white hand tied bouquet as a new baby gift for my brother and sister-in-law in Guernsey. I did think twice about ordering, having read some unfavourable online reviews, but they tell me the flowers are absolutely beautiful, with no fading or dying blooms. I believe the prices and delivery charges are reasonable compared to similar services, the speedy delivery and the happiness they have brought to my brother and sister-in-law at this very special time!

This bouquet had excellent quality flowers, in my frient's favourite colours - exactly as I had wanted. The content of the bouquet was appropriate for the money spent - the bouquet was full of flowers. Over a week later, they are still flowering and retain their original aroma. An excellent bouquet and recipient extremely pleased.

Poor quality / not value for money / poorly put together - [...] The only reason I put one star is because it wouldn't let me go any further.

The order I can't fault as the flowers were lovely however the name of the recipient as addresses to was incorrect and should have been double checked with me when I placed the telephone order.

I bought a bouquet as a thank you for someone. They were totally reasonably priced[...] and were completely beautifully - the reality measured up to the photo. What more could one ask for?

Selection of flowers was nice, but very poor value, moreover some looked as if they were past their best on arrival and didn't last long. Paying a lot for someone to select/arrange [...] Would have produced a lot of equivalent and fresher bouquets at the supermarket for the same price.

The gift [...] brought great delight to the recipients. Although I didn't get to see the real deal, I am told that the arrangement was beautiful. It brought a big smile to their faces. Who could ask for more.

The flowers were mostly dead within 24 hours.

lots of green but little blue and lasted just a week , expensive for what you get a bigger bunch were 15 pound cheaper in the supermarket

These were ordered to cheer up a friend who has been through a difficult time lately. Although she was very pleased with the bouquet, given the fact I know how much they cost i'm afraid I don't feel the same. Very poor presentation with all the blue flowers clumped together in the middle, uneven flower heights, and wilted looking Germini's. Not the quality i'd expect from a company such as Interflora.

I ordered these flowers in a large stem as a thank you to my mum. I selected delivery between 1pm and 6pm - they arrived not long after one. The card was also hand written which made it that bit more special. Very pleased.
