I received a thankyou email and photograph of the flowers and chocolates sent to my daughter in law. She was very happy with them and I was very happy with the photograph of them.
I have been using Brouard the florist since Mr Brouard arranged all my wedding flowers 30 plus years ago. It is still giving the same level of service as it was back then.

These were a stunning birthday gift for. They arrived on time and she was thrilled with the colour and arrangement. They were expensive - but worth every penny. The flowers were exactly as pictured and lasted well. Apparently the delivery man, having asked mum if it was a special occasion and being told it was her 80th, gave my mum a hug and kiss.
What service!

Quality excellent, delivery as expected, gift was received with pleasure. However having payed the extra for a larger bouquet, it wasnt as large as i was expecting so didnt think i had value for money.

Could have received the same bouquet value for hlaf the price somewhere else and had the same reception as this one.

When the flowers were delivered they looked beautiful. Unfortunately the next day the roses lost their petals. Very disappointing, not to say expensive for flowers that last less than 24 hours..

Lovely bouquet of flowers delivered on time for my mum's 70th. She absolutely loved them.

This was supposed to be a gift for someone who just had a surgery. The quality was poor and the presentation looked nothing like on the web. I upgraded to 20 stems, but never got my upgrade
