A good quality hand bouquet - lovely pink roses with lilly's which were very well presented. The flowers were very fresh and will last for quite some time - the scent from the lilly's is wonderful. A wonderful surprise full of colour that catches your eyes!

Purchased these for my girlfriend and was disappointed with the freshness of the roses, I've previously ordered the Pink Radiance Hand-Tied (which are cheaper) and would recommend those over these.

flowers looked great

I was disappointed that I could not order the flowers I wanted on the day I wanted them. I wanted lilies only on the date in question but could only get a mix of lilies and roses even though I offered to pay extra, i could have got lillies for a day later but this did not suit the occasion. it seems strange to limit your options.

I was very disappointed to see the tulip bouqet + vase that my girlfriend received from Interflora. Interflora are not cheap, but I've always been happy to pay that bit extra in the past as they've always managed to deliver on time and deliver high quality flowers. These were really terrible: wilted, sad looking things. To add insult to injury, the bowl supplied was too small and wide for the stems, making the overall effect one of, well, service station quality flowers. I doubt I'll stop using interflora, but I will be watching my next few orders with interest.

The flowers were a gift for my mother-in-law. She said they were lovely and lasted well. Delivered on time. I frequently use Interflora as they offer the best value and quality of flowers.

Good service, had to change the date of delivery on the day it was meant to be deliveried and managed OK to change it as it was early enough in the morning, good sevice

The bouquet was very pretty, it arrived on time, the message was well written and had a brilliant reception. However the bouquet only lasted 2 days some of the flowers didn't even open as it died so quickly. So not that impressed considering the price I had paid...

The roses are dying but the lillies are still ok , this is after 4 days.there was no food for the flowers in the bouquet.
And at £65 i might look elsewhere.

These flowers were absolutely beautiful and brightened up the recipients day.

The customer service was excellent - I had to change the delivery address 12 hours before delivery. And it was done without any question or hassle. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, in the allotted time slot, despite the address that changed. My girlfriend LOVED the flowers and they stayed fresh and lovely for 10 days. It was definitely value for money. I will recommend using Interflora over other flower companies anyday. Thanks guys !!!! x

Sadly, roses were of a very poor quality and mostly wilted and died within the same day. Lillies are lovely.

recieved a text message saying flowers had been delivered hoewever they had not at that time leading me to believe they had been delivered to the wrong address, so made numerous phone calls to interflora only to be told they are on the way

I ordered 'Extra Large Rose and Lily Hand-tied (16 Stems Extra Large)' for my parents' Diamond Wedding anniversary. They arrived [...]with the lilies still closed but the roses already starting to fade, The petals looked quite brown within 2 days. Not recommended at all![...]If you are looking for a special present, order something else.

Qulaity was very poor - flowers un open, badly presented.Very poor value for money - would of done better from a petrol station.So fresh they werent open.Recommended for those wishing to insult their wives.

I shelled out for the Extra Large offer... and paid for it ... Qulaity was poor, obnly 30% of flowers open, 70% green ! Poorly presented - i could of done better myself. Should of done the instant flowers from the Petrol Station - would of been fresher, fuller and more appreciated...[...]
