£47 or 8 roses and 2 sprays of lilies was overpriced. This included a card and a same day delivery but I still feel it was overpriced.

I live permanently abroad and a problem that I have frequently faced is how to send gifts on birthdays and anniversaries to family and friends in the UK. Post, in most parts of the world, is, at worst, unreliable and, at best, slow. I have therefore been extremely pleased to find a way that I can quickly and easily celebrate special events with family and friends. The whole process from accessing the Interflora website to the final delivery went extremely smoothly and the right gifts were delivered on time, with information on their status being fed to me regularly by email. I did not see the gifts but I'm told by the recipients that they were of high quality and arrived in excellent condition, and the cost of both the product and delivery were reasonable. Overall, it was a successful and stress-free experience and I won't hesitate to use Interflora for all my long-distance gifts.

A good quality hand bouquet - lovely pink roses with lilly's which were very well presented. The flowers were very fresh and will last for quite some time - the scent from the lilly's is wonderful. A wonderful surprise full of colour that catches your eyes!

Purchased these for my girlfriend and was disappointed with the freshness of the roses, I've previously ordered the Pink Radiance Hand-Tied (which are cheaper) and would recommend those over these.

I ordered some flowers for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. I'm overseas, but was able to call ahead to check a few details. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, I felt reassured it would get there in time. The flowers were very well received, my parents loved them. They turned up at exactly the right time. Thank you.

Good quality flowers, plenty of them, all fresh and delivered when expected.

The roses are dying but the lillies are still ok , this is after 4 days.there was no food for the flowers in the bouquet.
And at £65 i might look elsewhere.

The customer service was excellent - I had to change the delivery address 12 hours before delivery. And it was done without any question or hassle. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, in the allotted time slot, despite the address that changed. My girlfriend LOVED the flowers and they stayed fresh and lovely for 10 days. Sadly, roses were of a very poor quality and mostly wilted and died within the same day. Lillies are lovely.

I ordered 'Extra Large Rose and Lily Hand-tied (16 Stems Extra Large)' for my parents' Diamond Wedding anniversary. They arrived [...]with the lilies still closed but the roses already starting to fade, The petals looked quite brown within 2 days. Not recommended at all![...]If you are looking for a special present, order something else.

Qulaity was very poor - flowers un open, badly presented.Very poor value for money - would of done better from a petrol station.So fresh they werent open.Recommended for those wishing to insult their wives.

I shelled out for the Extra Large offer... and paid for it ... Qulaity was poor, obnly 30% of flowers open, 70% green ! Poorly presented - i could of done better myself. Should of done the instant flowers from the Petrol Station - would of been fresher, fuller and more appreciated...[...]
