This was a completely smooth transaction, and our daughter was delighted with the flowers that she termed 'absolutely beautiful'. They arrived on time and clearly were in very good condition. This was a very good service, and the choice of flowers was also excellent.
The flowers were received on time and looked fantastic. I think the price is a little high but at least you can guarantee the quality.
The ordering system online is a pain to say the least. I chose items that could be delivered within 3 hours and I would have to go through the entire process of picking, writing notes, addresses etc just to find out that it wasn't possible and the website couldn't tell me which order couldn't be fulfilled. Also the 3 hour order is great but the other option was delivery before 6pm, but I needed 4pm and was ordering in the morning, so maybe a morning or afternoon order would be good? Anyway maybe this could get looked at. Would still recommend though.
The Mrs and I have just had our second kid, so we didn't get to celebrate her 40th by going away. But I did manage to get her some nice gifts including flowers and a 40th balloon from Interflora.
She is quite emotional at times so I wasn't sure if the realisation of turning 40 would set her off or whether the balloon would actually backfire. Interflora delivered on time and had put together a very nice bouquet - there were no tears - not sure if I was happy or disappointed at that - but the floral arrangement has been proudly on display and the balloon was much appreciated by my wife, 3 year old daughter and 6 week old son.
Photograph of delivered flowers did not come up to expected bouquet as portraid in Interflora website. Having upgraded to enhanced bouquet I am extremely disappointed and feel that it was not value for money.

I ordered flowers to celebrate the birth of an employee's baby in the morning and by that afternoon they were delivered. I was very pleased with the speedy on-line service which didn't take more than 5 minutes to complete.
Great flowers... when they arrived. Was promised delivery for the Saturday but they only arrived on the Monday. This was a disappointment as they were planned as a surprise and I needed to notify the party. However, the flowers were fresh and beautiful when they arrived.
The flowers were ready at the time requested ( very important for this particular occassion) They were fresh and very lovely. It is very good to know I can rely on this service when so far away from many friends and family in UK
Hi - I tried out the same day click and collect service with this order as it was an emergency request. I placed it at about 10.30am and selected a florist near to where I could pick it up. At 12, I had a call from the florist checking in with the order to make sure all was OK. I picked up this magnificent bunch of flowers at 6pm that afternoon- they really were magnificent as I went for the XL version. They looked exactly like the picture, completely presentable as is with the lilies waiting to bloom so you knew there'd be some more days of enjoyment. The florist even arranged them in a vase for us. They certainly created an impression when they were given to the bride-to-be they were ordered for.
I bought one of the more expensive, large bouquets as a gift for my Mum's birthday. Apparently, the flowers withered within 3 days - not great. My Mum called to complain. To give Interflora credit, they collected the remains of the withered bunch and delivered a replacement. 3 stars reflecting the poor experience in the first instance, offset by good customer service response to the issue.
Bought as an anniversary gift. Absolutely beautiful and the wife loved them. Bought the extra large bouquet but unfortunately the roses didn't even last a full week, disappointing considering the price.
I placed two orders - one of the recipients, unknown to me, was away on holiday. The delivery was taken back to the florist, Interflora called me to let me know that they had left a card and 5 days later a new order of fresh flowers was delivered.....excellent service. Interflora maybe a little more expensive than their competitors but worth paying the extra as they always go the extra mile and deliver beautiful fresh and lasting products.
Pretty expensive, but delivery day, date & time was perfect. Birthday present for my sister. Because she usually goes away for her birthday, the florist rang her before delivery to make sure she, or someone else would be home. My sisters comment was "WOW".
