The flowers were beautifully presented on delivery. However very disappointed that despite following all the card instructions they barely lasted a week. Which was very disappointing when such a lot of money for these
I was so pleased with the quality of flowers and the speedy delivery but so very disappointed with the lack of longevity. The flowers were either wilting or dead within 3 days. Thus, whilst I felt I had value for money initially latterly I didn't . Very disappointing.
This all-white bouquet was loved by the recipient, the simplicity and quality really appreciated. Although the flowers seem expensive the service is excellent, allowing you to present a gift that distance doesn't always allow. I would definately use Interflora again.
placed a order for my mum to say thankyou , the quality as poor the roses was brown and dying , the lilies were unopened and small , and only a few stems . the rest was foliage . all just thrown together
The bouquet was delivered at the right time and the flowers were beautiful and good quality. The recipient was very happy with them. However, I do think the bouquet is very expensive for what you get and feel it would have been much cheaper to Google a local florist and order direct through them.
I ordered a large and expensive bunch of flowers (£60ish) as a gift for my sister who turned 40. 6 days after delivery I saw the bunch myself. Hardly any of the lillies had opened and by day six they were pretty much all dead. Quite honestly, I would like a refund.
Initial order for white changed to pink due to lack of stock at florist - OK to accept as order was placed late in day. Quality of product poor - had to be disposed of within 5 days Very disapointed with overall product
I've been living and working overseas for an extended period of time and I've become reliant upon Interflora at those special times of the year when you dearly want to be at home but simply can't get there. The quality of the plants and flowers that have been delivered over the years have been in general very good. But I have to say for my last delivery the Florist certainly went the extra mile, the long stem flowers that were requested were excellent, fresh, vibrant and long lasting, my wife was absolutely delighted.
Bouquet turned up nice and early and was very nicely presented with lots of blooms. Some of the white roses were already slightly discoloured on delivery and as expected, the flowers didn't last 5 days which was a disappointment. Paid a premium for what turned out to be a very expensive bouquet because I assumed that Interflora would give the 'Wow' factor and I'd get the best chance of a lovely bouquet for a very special occasion. What I got was a 'nice' bouquet for a lot of money. In all honesty, I wish I'd gone to a florist's rather than ordering online. I might have been unlucky but as a first order, I wouldn't risk it again.
