Bought these flowers along with chocs, balloon and a card for my mum & dads 50th anniversary and she was so pleased with them, she said there were loads of flowers in the standard bunch and very nice and expensive looking and Dad was happy with the chocolates lol...it was perfect as I couldn't be there for their special day! Amazing service and the delivery person even shut the front door as mums hands were full!
Absolutely gorgeous flowers, I ordered these for my friend who is having a rough time. I only had a small window for delivery between hospital visits and they were delivered in perfect timing. Excellent flowers and service... just a shame that the card layout let it down it was all over the place and lined up wrong, if only a little more time was taken to sort that as it ruins the lovely words that are bing sent and can't see layout online.
The site was easy to navigate and the quality of the bouquet was excellent having seen evidence over skype. It arrived exactly as stated and and on time, which was important as it needed to arrive on the day of the anniversary.
Although I personally didn't see the flowers ,my friends and her family said the flowers were beautiful and gave the wow factor on their silver wedding anniversary. I have never been let down with your service or the freshness of your flowers, thank you.
Flowers only lasted 2 days then died off. we get more life out of the flowers we buy in Asda. This was an expensive bunch of flowers for my wife's silver wedding. They were delivered on time and the txt to advise delivery is a good service but the quality of product left a lot to be desired.
Bought an amazing bouquet for my Mum's 60th along with a balloon. Received the email confirming delivery. A short while later I called my Mum to wish her a happy birthday and asked if she liked her surprise? She didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. I said I'd chase it up and spent 10 minutes trying to get through to interflora, but it was delivered in the meantime.
The product was lovely but I am disappointed in the service. Please don't say it's delivered when it has not been! Surprise ruined and I spent a lot of money.
Saw these flowers today (10 days after delivery) and am stunned how spectacular they are and how fresh they still look. The lilies are enormous, the roses perfect and many of the flowers not even opened yet. They were expensive but look it and look leagues ahead of the other flowers sent on the same day in size, style, beauty and freshness. I ordered the larger size hand tied bouquet but overall these flowers surpassed my expectations.
The flowers were delivered really fresh and we've enjoyed seeing them open. The bouquet was huge! and makes a really impressive centrepiece to a dining room or Hall table. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to impress and is happy with 'cool' shades of green, white, cream and eucalyptus blue.. wonderful.
With little time for conventional cards and greetings, and of course being so far away, snail mail is out of the question. Twice I have recently used Interflora, and it has taken MOBILE to a new meaning. From ordering, choice, price points, delivery and after sales service and follow up, just absolutely outstanding.
I never do these reviews, but as a delighted customer, couldn't resist to share my enthusiasm for this product, and I will be using again for sure. Well done.
i was massively disappointed with my recent order. As you will see i am a very regular customer and have spent a small fortune with you and before this i would continue to do so.
With this order i made you couldnt fulfil the order for 3 hour delivery and offered me a token gesture of £5 for the delay and i had to call up to get you to make this happen to be delivered by a certain time on that day,
I spent over £65 for this one order and would have expected a seamless service and not me have to call up for you to find an alternative. And then to get offered £5....are you serious
I expect a significant GOGW or i will not order from you again as i dont expect such issues when spending such a lot with you
I placed two orders - one of the recipients, unknown to me, was away on holiday. The delivery was taken back to the florist, Interflora called me to let me know that they had left a card and 5 days later a new order of fresh flowers was delivered.....excellent service. Interflora maybe a little more expensive than their competitors but worth paying the extra as they always go the extra mile and deliver beautiful fresh and lasting products.
Pretty expensive, but delivery day, date & time was perfect. Birthday present for my sister. Because she usually goes away for her birthday, the florist rang her before delivery to make sure she, or someone else would be home. My sisters comment was "WOW".
For the cost of these flowers I was very disappointed, they were less than spectacular and only really lasted for a day. The following day a high percentage of the flowers looked past their best, which is not what I had expected.
I've been living and working overseas for an extended period of time and I've become reliant upon Interflora at those special times of the year when you dearly want to be at home but simply can't get there. The quality of the plants and flowers that have been delivered over the years have been in general very good. But I have to say for my last delivery the Florist certainly went the extra mile, the long stem flowers that were requested were excellent, fresh, vibrant and long lasting, my wife was absolutely delighted.
Bouquet turned up nice and early and was very nicely presented with lots of blooms. Some of the white roses were already slightly discoloured on delivery and as expected, the flowers didn't last 5 days which was a disappointment. Paid a premium for what turned out to be a very expensive bouquet because I assumed that Interflora would give the 'Wow' factor and I'd get the best chance of a lovely bouquet for a very special occasion. What I got was a 'nice' bouquet for a lot of money. In all honesty, I wish I'd gone to a florist's rather than ordering online. I might have been unlucky but as a first order, I wouldn't risk it again.
