The bouquet was an 80th birthday gift for a relative. She was absolutely delighted with it and 10 days on it's still as fresh as the day it was delivered. I would certainly purchase this product again.
Quality of flowers excellent. Delivery and after service poor and response poor. Ordered and paid for express delivery. Flowers got delivered next day by which time the person was out. Got message and phone calls next day to tell me of technical fault and would be prioritised, telling me at 11am on wrong day that a failed delivery was now being prioritised doesn't equate to good service. Then 2 days later received text telling me flowers delivered. One star rating is only because to submit review I have to give you a star.
The roses were beautiful when they were delivered. However, even though the directions were followed, the flowers were delivered on Friday 28th October and were dead by the following Wednesday 2nd November.
The roses I sent to my other half at his work arrived at 5pm in the afternoon. So we lost out on the entire day of people cooing about how much he is loved. So, lesson is, don't be cheapskate and book a morning delivery if you want them to arrive in good time. The quality of the roses were unquestionable, really lovely. They haven't lasted as long as Waitrose roses, which is a bit dissappointing.
A stunning bouquet of roses, vibrant red almost velvet like petals, which are showing no signs of wilt after 7 days. The bouquet was delivered on time from a local florist, the recipient was highly delighted with this surprise bouquet.
This was an 80th birthday surprise for my sister-in-law who lives in Scotland. She was delighted and rang me as soon as they arrived and sent photos so I am glad that I used interflora for this gift as delivery was prompt and I have been informed that the flowers were beautiful.
I ordered a large heavenly rose hand tied gift for my wife's birthday as I am working abroad. Unlike previous orders for various recipients (supplied by different UK florists) all of which have been very well received, they were past their best on delivery with outer petals already dead - as my wife put it "mediocre" so did not last long.
One poor delivery tarnishes a previously excellent reputation - inability to influence choice of Interflora florist means I do not wish to renew my Interflora Gold membership.
The flowers were lovely but i felt let down by the website. My flowers were to be delivered to the isle of mull, the website accepted my order to be delivered on the saturday in time for the anniversary on the sunday. On the saturday interflora phoned to say that as this was an island delivery it would not be made until the tuesday, two days after the anniversary. The website could easily have let me know in advance of placing the order. Otherwise no quibbles
Having ordered this over 3 weeks before the due date I was taken aback to be phoned on the Saturday morning to say that they did not have the required number of red roses on my original order. While the interflora shop did their best by supplying as many red roses as they had and supplementing the remainder with pink roses, I feel that I was let down by your service especially for a special Ruby anniversary present for my wife.I have no criticism with the shop that delivered the flowers however I am deeply disappointed by the lack of foresight in having the required number of red roses available especially with the adequate time given,
The flowers looked amazing but what really impressed me was the fact that so many people at Interflora were prepared to help me when at the very last minute I needed to change the delivery address. They were understanding and even when I did not have the new address readily available they offered to phone me back in South Africa giving me time to get the new delivery address. I was so impressed. They went out of their way to try to get the flowers delivered to the new address. I was truly impressed. Thank you so very much for making it all happen.
Flowers for wife's birthday: I ordered a bunch of roses to be delivered to my Wife in her shop, the flowers looked great and were delivered on time. However one thing I was Disappointed with….. I purchased a vase on the website as an extra thinking they would be delivered in a nice glass vase instead of just a bunch of roses on their own. However when my wife came home she had the roses in one hand and a box in the other? The box contained the vase I had purchased to put the flowers in! A shame really, I can't see the point of offering this only to supply it separate? Maybe it's to bump up the price? It worked, so don't be fooled…
Two dozen red roses for a special birthday. Evening online order, delivered promptly next morning. Fantastic quality, bigger than expected, beautifully presented. Best online florist I've experienced - will definitely use Interflora again.
You cant beat the smile on a woman's face when she is surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Was the extra large extra stem extra everything including adding champagne. Fresh flowers nicely packed and delivered on a very short notice..put the order 6am and was delivered by 11am. Will most certainly be ordering again! Just will remember to specifically state who it was from this time in the instructions as it originally went anonymous but luckily the recipient rang through to find out. I would recommend to have a specific tick box if a sender wishes to send anonymously. 5 Star service!!:)
