My daughter in law was delighted with her gift. The chocolates and flowers were delivered on time and were exactly as described.

Whilst I was delighted with the speed of same day delivery I was isaapointed by the time I was kept hanging on the phone at premium rates costing me for that pleaseure
secondly the request for a VAT recept from the department who send them out took over a week to come through leaving me out of pocket
This is not acceptable

The reciepient of the flowers and choclates - this was a birthday suprise, was really delighted with the flowers, she said they were very bright and colourful

My friend received her flowers just after 8am on 17th January, she said they were beautifully packaged, had lots of variety of flowers in the bouquet and many were in bud when she received them but have opened up fantastically. She was delighted to receive such a beautiful gift for her special birhtday. This bouquet would be great for any occasion and was excellent value for money. The chocolates went down well too!

The Bouquet and Chocolates that were delivered to my Mum were absolutely beautiful, Fresh and packaged to a very high standard. They were also delivered within 5 hours of my order as i used the same day delivery service & as i live mostly abroad some 2600 miles away this was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend and use Interflora again.

The picture on the website showed the flowers in a box and with chocolates. The delivered flowers had no box or chocolates.Very unhappy.

I would have personally given zero stars, but I had to choose at least one. I ordered this bouquet described as LARGE VIBRANT to show sympathy, encouragement and affection to the daughter of friends who was recovering from a terrible and lifethreatening experience. I went to the hospital to visit her two days later and the bouquet I was shown was a small, narrow (rectangular rather than round in shape) and bland bunch of flowers which might have been bought from the flower stall in a supermarket. My friends declared themselves touched by my gesture but I was heartbroken. Perhaps the most offensive thing was that the website explicitely requires you to describe the type of situation for which the flowers are being ordered so that Interflora 'may better assist you to achieve the desired effect', and I thought that by clicking the 'get well' option it would be evident to whoever was going to prepare the bouquet that it needed special care and attention. The impression I received, instead, was that the bouquet was prepared by someone who was perhaps assuming I would never see the bouquet. The most charitable explanation could only be that different orders might have become mixed up, but I find it very difficult to believe this. I would still recommend this bouquet, if it were to match the photograph. I based my choice on other enthusiastic reviews and so I sincerely hope my experience remains an exception.

Your flowers succeeded in cheering up a friend in England enormously. From my perspective as the buyer, I got an email from Interflora telling me it was about to be delivered, and shortly afterwards another email saying that it had been delivered. About 15 minutes later I got an email from our friend saying that she had received a most delightful bouquet. So your delivery and email service is really efficient.

This is the first time I have ordered flowers on line, but it wont be the last. I haven't actually seen the Flowers I ordered, but when the person they were for tells you they are Beautiful and they Love them. You know you made the right choice.
