Well, I often bring home flowers for my wife so opting for delivery on her recent birthday caught her by surprise. The morning delivery came just when it should and the roses were delightful, and lasted well over a week. Let's just say I will be doing it again!
Gift was good and no complaints on it however the time it took to be deliver on the day was almost evening time , most of my wife birthday was past and hadn't received them as I work overseas , really wanted then lot earlier in the morning .. so should aim to deliver during the day earlier if customer requires it is possible, otherwise no issues
Quality- Excellent Value for money- good Freshness- excellent The only problem I had was in paying for the service, it said Debit or Credit Card, but when I input my Debit Card, it would not accept the number, as it was not correct, after four attempts, each with the correct number etc, I had to use a credit card. If you do not accept Debit Cards, please remove all references to this fact from your website, to provide much better customer satisfaction. It was a pity the quality of the delivery and service was reduced by something so easily fixed
The flowers themselves were nice, 12 roses, deep velvet texture. exactly what I wanted to send. The presentation could be better, I want to see the flowers not the Aqua Pack as the primary feature! 4 of the stems only lasted 3/4 days; my guess was that the stems where not fully accessing the limited water supply even though it was refilled. Payment: If paying on-line from Ireland using an Irish Debit card you can expect the Interflora site to reject your payment method. User your Debit Card but select Visa Credit, then it works, it will charge you the surcharge. I phoned Interflora and they did an immediate refund on the charge, hopefully this will get fixed.
