My mum was really delighted with her flowers and she said that there were unusual flowers in the bouquet and it was really pretty. I ordered the flowers as I was on holiday and managed to give Interflora the incorrect address. What I was especially impressed with was the fact that they contacted me as soon as they realised and re-delivered to the correct address.Really stupid of me and I am really grateful they sorted it out :-)
This bouquet was lovely and my daughter was over the moon. The reason I have only rated it three stars because It only lasted four days. I also thought delivery charges were a little steep, I had to pay nearly twice as much for morning delivery.
What a lovely gift! I got it as a surprise for my sister since her actual birthday present was not due until a later date, and she deserves to be spoilt. I haven't bought flowers for a long time and was pleasantly surprised at the price - especially considering they came in a vase. I would use this service again.
On arrival flowers were lovely BUT after 4 days they were wilting and on day 6 they were thrown out. Really not good enough. Would not recommend as value for money . May look for other providers in the future.
Ive used interflora a handful of times and always been pretty happy with them. More expensive than the competition but Im a believer that you get what you pay for. This time I dont think I did. The flowers were delivered bang on time but they lasted all of 5 dies and started withering and going brown. Very disappointed as normally I get a goo 10 days out of them. I appreciate flowers die but this was a bit depressing.
I bought the flowers for my elderly aunt's birthday, so chose flowers in a vase. I had checked reviews for other stores. Interflora reviews were very positive, which was the reason for my choice. I was not disappointed. My aunt was delighted with the flowers and the vase. The quality was good and the flowers lovely and fresh. I will shop Interflora the next time I want to send flowers to friends and family.
This arrangement was delivered on time, and exactly as I have expected it to look .. he sent me a picture just after they arrived. It was an arrangement in a vase which I always think is a great idea .,, the recipient does not need to do anything other than put them where they can see them :-) Having just donated his kidney they were very bright and cheery for when he came home.
Very disappointed. These were ordered for my mother who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Advertised Freesias and as a scented bouquet, NO freesias and no scent. Only reason for one star is the vase. Will not be using Interflora again and will not be recommending them.
My mother sent me a photo of the flowers delivered to her, they were fine, but it was a pretty measly bunch. I paid more for the more substantial bouquet, but it was disappointing. My husband sent me flowers through interflora recently and I know at he felt the same about the bunch that arrived for me (incidentally we live in a different area to my mother, so they came from a different shop). To be honest, I think that it must be easy to find better value elsewhere, but I was really pushed for time. On the positive side, they are reliable for next day delivery, which is important as my mum doesn't exactly live in a buzzing metropolis.
Ordering by phone was so simple and quick. Service was efficient and friendly. Tracking the order was straightforward but most importantly the flowers were delivered as requested to a very pleased recipient. Great service.
