Really poor quality sunflowers. The flower heads were exceptionally small, 2 of the stems were already wilted on arrival and they all died before opening. There was no greenery in the bouquet and all the leaves had been removed from the stems, so the whole thing looked very sad indeed. I would be embarrased to send these to anyone. In addition, as there was no one in at the time of delivery, they were lobbed over the front wall, so I'm not sure how long they laid there before we discovered them. All in all a very bad Interflora experience. I would have rated these as a zero, but the lowest rating available is 1 star.

Can't say anything about the actual flowers as they were sent from Spain to the UK but my mother was delighted with them. They arrived on the day they were supposed to and were much appreciated.

very poor quality, one bloom (of 8) rotting on arrival, another was going off, 2 days later 4 were struugling. Most of the stems were rotting. Although photo didn't show scale (I think it should) the blooms were very small, not what I woudl ecpext sunflowers to llok like. Very costly for 8 blooms, especially mini ones like these, and just a dreadful disappointment.
Customer services were helpful, apologised, and sent an alternative bloom but this isn't the point, Interflora is used as a trusted household name and the expectation is the receipient will receive perfect flowers. I wonder how many people are embarassed to report problems therefore the poor quality goes unnoticed?
I gave one star only because there wa no facility for no stars.

Lovely birthday present for my Mum!

I sent some sunflowers to a friend as a birthday gift.
The website was easy to manage and they delivered it on time, even though the order was only placed the day before.
Unfortunately the sunflowers were almost dead when they were delivered and did not revive, which was most disappointing.

8 sunflowers recieved as a gift - very poor quality, small withered heads, 4 didnt open at all despite caring for them as described by Interflora. Customer services contacted & a replacement bouquet sent the following day - which were unfortunately in as poor condition, if not worse. Customer services contacted again and another display ordered. I cant fault the Interflora customer service, but i question the quality control and those responsible for sending out sub standard flowers.

These flowers reached me at 6pm in the evening having been dispatched the day before! Needless to say they were tired and thirsty and I have to say rather squashed. I love sunflowers but was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers and the service
