I ordered this for Mothers' Day and my mum sent me a picture (with thanks) of the bouquet on the day it was delivered. I couldn't quite believe it was the same one! Very few open flowers and not as 'full' as shown. I appreciate some flowers will not be open but even after blooming it was nowhere near the appearance on the website. My mum also said it didn't last as long as other products previously delivered by Interflora.
I didn't actually see these flowers, but I heard they were beautiful and full of colour. They were a very special gift - for a dear friend's 100th birthday! I did not know that due to ill health she had moved - a few weeks before - from the address that I had for her, to a nursing home. You managed, somehow, to find that out, discover where the nursing home was, and deliver the flowers safely to her there - on her 100th birthday! Apparently she was absolutely thrilled and astonished to receive them and had a happy celebration with her family around her. Sadly, she died exactly a week later, but I am SO very grateful that you went the extra mile to somehow achieve the delivery and to give her happiness on er 100th birthday. Thank you SO much!
The bouquet I ordered for my wife's birthday was the most beautiful flower arrangement I have had the pleasure of seeing before. I think it was Easter hand tied by title, or something like that, but my wife loved them and they always last a while from Interflora too. I tried another company last year once who were a bit cheaper but their deliver and presentation was not on the same level so I came back to Interflora, who have not let me down. The only problem is that my 2 year old daughter is now asking for them so I might have made an expensive rod for my own back ;-)
As Partner 500 miles away sent request for large mothers day bouquet with box of chocolates. For delivery between 9 and 12 noon.on the day.
Flowers arrived bang on 9 on the day. Although I have not seen them partner says they are absolutely fantastic and mentions them each time we speak, it is over a week on now (10 days) and they are all still going strong.

The flowers (I was told) were wonderful and arrived exactly on the time I had specified. Had also sent chocolates with the flowers, they were so well hidden that the recipient (mother) didn't actually know they were there until I told her. I especially liked the email I got that told me the flowers had arrived. Since I'm living in a different country, that made it easier for me to be sure they had been received. Overall I'm an extremely happy and satisfied customer.
I recently ordered some flowers and chocolates for my sisters 71st birthday. I selected a rather expensive bouquet to ensure that she received the best bouquet. However having spoken to my sister, she informs me that the bouquet dropped all it's petals the very next day, which means the flowers were not fresh as indicated in the description of the bouquet. The ordering process was simple and efficient, but both my sister and I were disappointed at the end result.
