As always the flowers I ordered arrived in great condition. They are of a really good quality and everyone that sees them coments on how good they look.

I searched the Interflora website for an elegant floral arrangement for my wife who was recovering from surgery in the UK. As I couldn't be with her due to work commitments abroad, I wanted to ensure she received something that showed her I was thinking of her and cared for her.
I settled on the luxury oriental lily and rose arrangement, but when I saw the flowers that night via Skype, I think it should be renamed the little Carnation arrangement.
IInterflora should provide a guage for customers as to how large or small an arrangement really is it is impossible to tell from the photos. I also think that for a few lillies and roses hidden in a bunch of carnations, the cost charged was completely excessive. (They were also delivered late). In my view, and from speaking to others, it seems that Interflora is leaving a lot of dissatisfied costumers behind them.
I know this will change nothing about how they operate, but at least there is a chance somebody else might not waste their money as I feel I have done.

These flowers were beautiful and really appreciated by the receiptent. Would recommend and certainly purchase again.
