I sent a bouquet to my friend for her Birthday that was supposed to be delivered on 14 December. It has never been delivered, yet Interflora have shown me a receipt that is signed in my friend's name, not even her writing! and 4 days later I am still waiting to hear back from their customer service what has happened, is happening etc. In the meantime, I have paid in full, my friend has no Birthday present on her birthday!

Obviously Interflora cannot cope with increased delivery volumes around Christmas as I am told they sub-contracted this service.

Ordered the yellow fair trade roses as an additional gift for my girlfriend. The presentation Interflora box was very luxurious and met my expectation of the brand and the flowers were of a higher quality than I thought they would be. Fair trade means that the origin product supplier gets fair price for their product so feels good to support them.[...]
