They were wrapped as a bouquet and not in the lavish box Interflora would have you believe they come in. 19 roses were received - I think there should be 24, but who knows? The product listing is so vague. We wonder why supermarkets are taking over the world - it's because specialist companies can't get their act together. Very disappointing. However, was a little disappointed by the quality of the blooms - most had slightly discoloured outer petals. Of 24 stems one dozen full flowers were excellent but the dozen or so in bud have failed to open and after 3 days look as if they have given up. We followed the instructions carefully and by contrast were not disappointed the last time my daughter sent the same bouquet last November.Would I recommend ? Looking at the photo she sent me, it seemed that about a third of the blooms looked quite 'tatty' - not the vibrant, glorious pink in the photo. Also, I had an email from Interflora saying that they had 'left the flowers in a safe place' when my friend had actually received them. Was rather confusing. Not sure i'd re-order but had no choice as I couldn't physically see my friend on her birthday. Shame. Friend seemed chuffed with them though, which is all that counts.
