I brought these flowers for my engagement becuase they were my girlfriends favourite colour and flowers. I have ordered from Interflora a few times. This is the worst I have seen. [...] Rose heads snapped off on arrival. Lillies never did bloom.Not sure what happened. Will not be using again. It was embarrasing as it was a present.

Chosen for a 40th Anniversary gift for our life long friends. The flowers[...] were, as we saw the following day, beautiful. Well presented and as colourful as the on-line picture showed. Our friends thought they were super as well. Many thanks to the florist as well.

Although the recipient of the flowers was happy to receive the gift, the quality of the gift left much to be desired.1. [...] the flower's were dry on arrival. I would have expected a plastic bag/container that the stems would be submerged in.2. Dirt on flowers and box. They was a lot of external dust and dirt on the box and flowers, almost as if they had been prepared on a building site.3. Broken flowers. At least 2 flower heads were broken and separated from the stem when the package was opened.I'm unlikely to be using this service again.

The gift was packaged and presented nicely, however, the roses wilted very quickly and the lilies did not open at all. The flowers were kept in a cool place.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

flowers did not last long ,real shame for my parents 64 anniversary!!!

Flowers arrived on time and were lovely however 1/2 of the lillys failed to open and the whole bouquet barely lasted the week. Previously they have lasted a lot longer so my wife was somewhat dissapointed with this special 30th Aniversary gift. I did not complain as they at least lasted a few days. Will probably go back to my normal florist (I was away on business - that's why used interflora).
