I didn't see the items after delivery as they were sent as a 60th birthday gift to a colleague. However she was thrilled with them.

Delivered on time. Nicely packaged. Good flowers. Managed to order it from the USA for a recipient in England (Mother's day gift).

The flowers were delivered on the stated day and the communication by email to me was informative. The flowere were well received - a bright bouquet to bring a smile to the reciever. I'm told the roses survied for just under a week

I ordered flowers online for my wife's birthday as I am an expat based in Kuwait - they arrived in the morning on her birthday and were fantastic in colour / quality and quantity - as these were my wife's 2 favourite flowers the combination worked well thank you so much this is the second time this year I have used this service(Valentines Day) and you have not let me down.

The flowers were gorgeous great colour really cheerful recipient loved them.
The only thing is they only lasted 5days what a shame

the gift quality for money was great, delivery good too, however, as a birthday presesnt from oversea's, i was hugely dissapointed that there was no card, even though i had filled out the details for one online!

The flowers arrived in a damaged box which was disapointing supprisingly the flowers were undamaged and once unpacked looked great

The flowers were bright and cheerful and matched the picture on-line

Lovely tin for the biscuits, however the box only contains 9 biscuits, so didnt find this gift as value for money. Would certainly not order them again for that price.

The flowers appeared good on arrival but within one day the greenery started to curl up. The roses had all wilted by the third day and everything went on the compost by the fifth day. I am very disappointed as this was a gift for my wife on our 35th anniversary. I usually buy her flowers from a supermarket but thought these would be abit special for her. i was wrong and won't buy interflora again. Supermarkets, though they don't deliver, sell flowers that last far longer at a much lower price.

The flowers were waiting for my mother on her return from the hospital - and helped improve her spirits after some bad news.

Looked lovely when they arrived but,despite following all of the instructions included with them to the letter, after just 4 days the roses have died and the whole display looks very sad. Value for money-very poor. I could have bought much longer lasting blooms at a fraction of the price. Very disappointing and really not worth what the person who sent them to me as a gift paid for them.
