Excellent presentation and the recipient was totally bowled over with the roses & vase, she found it truely delightful, (esp as all the rose stems were straight, apparently that means they are top quality roses), extremely colourful & so fresh smelt wonderful. Plus Interflora met their usual high standards of customer care by leaving the bouquet safely and protected outside the property as the recipient was out when they called. The recipient easily found the delivery info card in the porch and found the flowers safely deposited around the back of the property, well done Interflora! Another success! Infact you are the only suppliers that score 100% for deliveries, plus over the years have never let me down in the standard you offer & seem to excel in all services that you promise! Thank you Interflora, yet again value for money & 100% reliable!

I was a bit disappointed as the balloons were not the same colour as they were on the website and I had picked her roses to match the balloons but everything else was fine.
