The quality was good. However I thought it might have been better given that I increased my usual budget significantly on this occasion.

I was so dissapointed and upset by the bouquet of flowers which were personalised for my aunty & uncles 50th wedding anniversary. It was my wedding day and i'd ordered the flowers for the reception speeches, we could not give them out as they arrived [...]squashed, the lillies were mostly closed but the ones that were open were brown and already dying, it was not the [$] bouquet I had seen a picture of online. It was so upsetting, luckily the girls at my reception venue rushed out to the local florist to get a bouquet to replace it, which was lovely.[...] I will not use Interflora again :(

Every one loved it.
Reason for not 5 *s is the box could have been a little bigger so the lilies on the periphery would not squash.
But other wise it was perfect!!! How it looked in the picture if not better.
