although the service is good and the quality of flowers are also very good there is a lack of customer care with regard to regular useage of your site having been a site member for 5 + years there has never been on any occassion a discounted promotional code offered although you have a provision on the web site to enter one maybe i have to search for it and the delivery costs seem to be elevating!! this is just my observations.

My wife received these flowers for Mothers . Day. They were funeral flowers,neatly bound with black ribbon and half dead. They looked like they had come straight from a funeral.I have told friends and relatives that we do not want any flowers or anything else from Interflora. This is the second time we have been disappointed.
