Fair's fair. When I e-mailed Interflora to complain that the orchid had died within a week or two (possibly due to having been left outside in the cold on Mother's Day because whoever delivered it couldn't be bothered to ring the doorbell - we were in all day) they immediately dispatched a replacement orchid at no charge. The new one is much, much better. Still going strong 2 months later in fact.

This was wilting within a few days of being delivered and never recovered despite careful care and plantfood. 3-4 weeks later it was looking seriously sad and we had to throw it out. As I bought this solely because I expected it to last longer than cut flowers, it was a waste of quite a lot of money.

I sent a pink orchid to my mum for Mother's Day and the next day the flowers started to fall off and within a week the the orchid leaves turned yellow and the plant is dead.
I am very disappointed with the quality of this flower and I am hoping that Interflora will consider a replacement plant so that I can increase my rating for this service. Please contact my Mum using the telephone number on the order to arrange delivery of a new plant.

Being away from family it is important to me to be able to surprise people and let them know that I care and interflora helped me be able to do this for mothers day, especially as I made a mistake on the delivery date and interflora were able to reschedule and make sure there were no problems, ensuring my mother knew I cared.

The gift was amazing, a little larger in real life than what I expected, I purchased the Divine Twin Stemmed Orchid. It was packaged and boxed very well, very fresh with flowers blooming, and some new buds on the way, looks stunning when the sun shines on it in the porch.

I think now value for money was pretty good although maybe a little steep once the Delivery was added.

Quality was really good, exceeded my expectations, and the order was very good value for money!
