        Purchased this gift for my wife's birthday. She thought it was a lovely surprise and although we have eaten and drunk all of the contents we continue to use the basket. Thank you!

        Shocking!!!

              As an Interflora Florist I ordered this as a gift for my parents.On arrival I opened to check that everyhting was ok but found that the straps holding the plates to the basket were broken. I reported this via our own internal mail system and as yet have not had any kind of reponse!!! If this is the treatment Interflora's own members get then goodness knows how the average customer gets treated!!!
              Hamper recieved on the 19th December,it is now 23rd December.
