Ordered these flowers for my wife on Valentine's day, and not only I, but more importantly, my wife, were extremely disappointed. The flowers looked pathetic, and cheap, very poor value for money, I felt I had paid for the vase, not the flowers, which did not last, and I will not bother ordering from you again.
I was diappointed by the recent delivery from Interflora. I have ordered the same bouquet in the past but this Valentines Day (2014) was extremely poor.
First, the "dramatic" dozen was made slightly less dramatic by being delivered in a battered bag and with a handwritten note (more on that later). In addition, the bouquet was supposed to be finished with bunches of Gypsophila. It was finished with only one, which makes it difficult to call it finished.
On the subject of the note, I love the English language. However, this hand-scrawled card, with the inclusion of a helpful arrow to point the reader to the back of the card as the writer had obviously run out of space, was a direct attack on the English language. There was no pacing, a lack of punctuation and a complete disregard of the structure I had set out online.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the result from Interflora. I will not be using this service again.
I was amazed at the prompt service that was rendered also upon arrival the bouquet was stunning with a range of vibrant colours it gave the impression that a lot of effort had gone into it and was a heartfelt gift I would definitely recommend this service it definitely is worth the money spent. I have already told one or two friends about interflora already and willing continue to do so for as long as they continue delivering such brilliant service
Roses for my wife, deliverd on Thursday 13th February to be on the safe side. The bouquet looked OKish when received although a little tired - but quickly showed signs of wilting. By Saturday it was clar the blooms were not going to open and by Sunday they were dead. Unusual for Interflora as the quality of flowers is usually very good. Possibly an over chilled batch or just too many orders at this time? Fortunately, the glow of pleasure my wife felt from the sentiment of the gift lasted much longer than the flowers! Will learn from this and buy fresh locally next time. DM
I felt I wanted to write this review, as often we (the public in general) like to complain when something goes wrong, but often we keep quiet when it goes well. I order 18 roses for my wife on Valentines day. The roses arrived on the day requested and looked wonderful. The were fresh and bright, and my wife was very pleased with them. They lasted well too (about 2 weeks) Great service and lovely flowers, I will use again!
I ordered 18 red roses on Tues 12th Feb and they were delivered on the morning of Thurs 14th Feb in time for Valentines. I did pay extra for morning delivery but very pleased it all worked out well. Roses were lovely and my wife was very happy.
I was very disappointed with the roses I ordered for my fiancée for valentines day. Not only was the arrangement untidy, it was also missing 2 roses! Out of the 18 roses I paid for I only received 16. I cannot fault the delivery service but will not be using or recommending you in the near future
Having spent a considerable amount on a valentines delivery for my girlfriend i was initially delighted with the result. On time, well presented, etc. However only 4 days later the roses are dying and for the money spent i am disappointed and would not use this service again.
My wife received a bunch roses today which I ordered from here, she likes the roses very much and told me they are very fresh and very large - compared to roses from some other retailers. This is my first time ordering flowers from here, now my wife is very happy so I want to say thank you! It worth every penny to order flowers from here.
Delivery was perfect and they did exactly as I requested. I was quite disappointed with what arrived looking nothing like the photo. The arrangement was not even, nor was there anywhere near as many white flowers as shown in the photo. It looked quite scruffy in fact. Not worth the price I am afraid.
