but did seem small for the money,not as romantic but could have got four times the amount at the supermarket and had enough for a bottle of wine

I was very dissappointed with the bouquet of flowers I ordered for Valentine's day for my wife. I put a lot of thought into my selection, and took time on the Interflora website, but, when the flowers arrived, they did not meet my expectation. Definitely not value for money, considering I had ordered from yourselves in the past, I was not happy with the flowers.

The flowers were beautiful, the website to order them was easy to use, hassel free, delivery was perfect, even though the receipient wasn't home they were left somewhere safe for collection. The only complaint was the cost of the bouquet plus the delivery cost made them pricey. I would recommend to a friend although I would make them aware of the cost first.

A lot of money for a vase and a coya flower support !!
There were 10 carnations, 1 rose, some white daisy, a spray of gypsophilia, and a lot of green foliage.
I asked for an afternoon delivery and they arrived in the morning, when we were out (left on the back door step)!!
Luckily my wife said she loved the flowers but I
will think twice before using Interflora in the future.

I sent a flower to my girlfrind in Lonon on Valentine's Day. I used the same-day shipping, and it was pretty successful in terms of delivery time aqnd product quality. Prices are a little bit inflated, yet I thinki you will see that in all flower shops on the Internet

Very disappointing bouquet, barely resembles photo on web site apart from the vase they came in. Even now a week later the flower buds do not look like they will bloom. Sorry will not use again Via Tesco

Great service and great flowers

As I work in Oman I have not seen the the display of flowers sent but the recipient called me to say how gorgeous they were and how delighted she was, that's got to be value for money and that is the reason I'm very pleased

High quality and decent product. Cuddly bear was well received (and was very polite, he even did the washing up).

This was a very disappointing bouquet which was sent as I was a long way from home. The arrangement was very poor and not suitable for the included vase. The centre piece rose was already wilting and turning brown. This was nothing like the quality I expected from Interflora and very poor value for money.

I very much doubt I will use this service again.

I had the flowers delivered to my Wife at her office, initially she was delighted however, within a day the smaller flowers started to die off and within 48 hours all the flowers had given up the ghost.

My wife wrote to customer complaints attaching a picture of the drooping flowers but to date we have had no response. This is the second time Interflora have delivered poor condition flowers and I am afraid I will never use the service again.

Very poor service!

I chose to up grade to Larger item, flowers in vase, but did not seem very large when received it.

The timing of the flowers was excellent and the quality was also very good , certainly will be using again in the future, thanks very much,JW
