My girlfriend is studying abroad in Scotland and she adores flowers so I've been looking for a good way to get them to her. I've now ordered flowers from Interflora twice. Both times the ordering processs has been simple, efficent, and a great value for the price. The flowers arrive very fresh and last for weeks.

Hand tied Roses and Lillies collected from Branching Out on Valentine's Day. Arrangement looked lovely and well presented. Initially well accepted by recipient.
However roses all dead in 6 days and lillies - not even one opened out, they just perished. Obviously not good value and overall experience very disappointing.

I would like to thank everyone at Interflora for the excellent preparation and delivery of the flowers to my Girlfriend. The service was amazing and I was informed they where delivered with a smile. Will defiantly use Interflora again. Thanks again.

The flowers in the bouquet are lovely

I recently bought a valentines rose and lily bouquet for my girlfriend. The delivery was prompt and hassle free and the arrangement was nice. However I felt the quality of the flowers were not up to scratch as some of the lilies seemed damaged (brown pressure lines on them) and after one day the roses started to die and had a burnt/bleached look to them. I was disappointed even more so in the fact that my house mate had brought his girlfriend roses from a supermarket (which were kept in the same conditions and same place) and these still look beautiful and gull of life a week later, when the ones I bought have all died. I do not feel this reflects on all florists that are part of the interflora group, as a year ago I bought a winter bouquet which was amazing in both presentation and quality.

Always deliver and never let me down

The flowers were lovely. I don't know about value for money as I don't often buy flowers.
The only slight disappointment was that, having paid (£10?) for same day delivery, they did not turn up until just after 6 p.m.. I know that the delivery times were stated as any time before 6 p.m. but, as they were being delivered to an office, I had to phone the recipient and ask her to stay on at work to receive a "surprise" delivery - which rather defeated the object!

Partner recieved flowers with wrong name on card and ruined the whole point of the day.
However this was rectified by the shop when brought to their attention. The flowers are not of the quality I would of expected. After this experience I can't see me using interflora again . For what I paid for the flowers the quality wasn't their never mind the quantity. A day and experience ruined

Flowers were lovely, very happy with the amount suppled and the cost of them. They also seem to have lasted very well as there were a sufficient mix of open and un-opened heads. Excellent delivery service too, the gentleman that delivered them hid them behind his back and said Happy Valentines Day to the wife when he presented them, she was made up with the experience. Very happy with the overall experience and would certainly use again.

The bouquet was absolutely amazing and my girlfriend thought it was gorgeous, although the price was a little steep it was good value for money and well worth the spend. The freshness of the flowers was really quite good, i had them ordered on for the Thursday and when i went to see my girlfriend that Saturday they looked and smelled amazing. The hand-written card was also an added bonus, although the card had been written on upside down, but all and all, the bouquet was beautiful and amazing, Thank-you!

Delivered on time, recipient was really pleased with the flowers.

This bouquet was and as usual of the highest quality and exactly what i ordered. i always consider the product to be this way as i am a constant customer.
My only concern was the time 20.45 on Valentine's night was when my flowers were delivered i appreciate how busy florists are on this day but i am also paying delivery charge and would of liked to phone my wife knowing she would have received the flowers. As i work away from home this is even more important to me as you can appreciate.

Superb flowers as ever; expensive but worth every penny.
However, I paid £14.99 to secure a pre 1pm delivery on Valentine's Day as the recipient was potentially out of her workplace in the afternoon; flowers arrived after 2pm - for that price it should happen on time no matter how busy the day

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED AS THE FLOWERS JUST DID NOT LOOK AS GOOD AS ON YOUR WEBSITE ,THEY WERE FRESH BUT NOT AS MANY AS PHOTO
