Nice products - great service

A beautiful bouquet delivered promptly on the morning of the 14th Feb. Wife loved them. Unfortunately by end of Tuesday they had gone. (despite following instructions) A far cheaper bouquet bought in a well known supermarket chain lasted until Friday. First impression good, lasting impression - not so good.

The quality and freshness of the flowers were excellent - they still had life in them when I came home a week later. For a special occasion like St Valentine's day I thought the value for money excellent.
Should I have to be away for a 'special day' again, I will not hesitate to use Interflora.

Despite the website and the delivery being excellent the actual product was poor. Most of the Roses I had delivered on Valentines day were dead after 3 days and of varying types.

Lovely fresh looking and decent size!

The flowers arrived a day late, looked like they had been in a car during frost over night. I got no apology by the company no compensation. When i tried to call the service hotline i was kept on hold for twenty minutes, considering that i am calling from germany this is absolutely unacceptable. I chose a british company in the hope that u would care a bout service and manage to deliver in your own coutry on time. There is absolutely no point in delivering flowers a day late after they didn't arrive on the date specified. Valetines day or anniversaries, birthday they are all on specific dates. You actually ruining special days for people. I'll most likely never use a British company again, if i can't even rely on service there is really no point. I rather keep my money and spend it sensibly.

Flowers were all squshed in a box, flower bend over to fix in box. Very upset mum on her birthday.
Customer services standard letter to me with name changed,

I was a little concerned of the quality of the roses I purchased for my wife, as the last thing you want is to find out is that the flowers received were tired looking or not at their best. I need not had worried as the flowers delivered were stunning and delivered in a large strong box which seemed to add to the gift. My wife was very pleased with her 12 Red Roses and when she told me she was the only lady in the office to receive flowers on this Valentines Day I was a little chuffed myself. I do not think they were expensive as they were of high quality and the same price as my local florist. I would certainly use again. Thank you

FLOWERS WERE NOT FRESH, NO CARD WITH THE FLOWERS WITH MY MESSAGE, NOT PRESENTED AS ADVERTISED. SUPPOSED TO BE HAND CRAFTED IT WAS ANYTHING BUT.
DO NOT USE INTERFLORA. BUY FLOWERS FROM SUPERMARKET AND PRESENT IT YOUR SELF IT WILL BE LOT, LOT CHEAPER AND BETTER I WILL NOT EVEN GIVE HALF A STAR. I HAD TO TICK ONE TO GET FORWARD

The roses were perfect, good presentation and condition.

Ordered a dozen red roses for the woman of my dreams, the bouquet was perfect. Couldn't be more pleased.

Didn't get to see them, but my grandmother was absolutely overjoyed and loved them - so I've got to think they were nicely done.

Having ordered a dozen roses in advance in mid January for a Valentines day delivery I was a little nervous that they may not get delivered but they arrived as planned and were packaged very well. The quality of the roses is fantastic and almost a week later they show no signs of wilting. I've previously had some terrible experiences ordering flowers on line that look nothing like the pictures that you ordered them on the back of but this time they were just as good as the picture. Communication was very good too with an email arriving on the day of delivery to assure me that things were on target. Overall I'm very happy with the service and the product and will be using Interflora in future.

This gift was not value for money:
It arrived very late 6:30PM
The number of roses was different from the item purchase - was supposed to be 15 roses but was actually 12 good sized roses and about 15 tiny buds - so was an initial let down.
However, on the plus side, they all opened and now look great (4 days on).
It was probably a demand issue. But, they should have offered an alternative instead of just chucking in additional tiny buds!!
Satisfied in a deflated kind of way!

I purchased 2 dozen red roses (with vase) for delivery to NewMarket, England, 10 days before Valentines Day. I found interflora's service to be outstanding. I received a confirmation of order email, a follow up email closer to the date of delivery, an email on the day to inform me that the flowers were on their way, and a final email to inform that the flowers had been delivered safely. Overall, I am very happy with the service, quality of product, price and customer care of Interflora. I'll definitely be using them again.

To be honest, I could have got much better flowers and much better value for money by picking up some high quality flowers from a local supermarket, but I thought it would be nice to have two dozen red roses delivered to my girl friend where she worked. The delivery window was fine as it said up till 6pm... little did I know they would not arrive until nearer 7pm after she had left. Had I known I would have had them delivered to her home, but early on the 14th Feb I got a mail saying they were on there way. When they arrived she had left, and when she was back in work two days later they were virtually dead. So much for using the number 1 flower company or so I thought!!! virtually wasted almost 50 quid arghhhhh

Getting courier delivered flowers is definitely not the way forwards. They have the delivery bit right, the driver was smart enough to leave the flowers somewhere hidden but the flowers themselves had some broken stems and a looked like they hadn't seen water for a week. If I need to use interflora again I wont be making the same mistake.

Beutiful bouquet, beutiful blooms, a shame it didn't arrive till after 4pm.
However roses were really amazing.

This is the kind of bouquet which speaks to the recipient. My wife said that the roses oozed class and that they looked like they had just been picked. If If you're making a gesture and it has to be just right, Interflora are the ones to trust

Unfortunately, my ordered flowers on Valentines day were below normal Interflora standard.....However in fairness to Interflora, they handled my complaint in a perfect manner fully refunding all costs....Having used Interflora for many years I will continue to do especially with such excellent customer service....I'm happy to put this one down as a rare hiccup!

From the delivery of the package it was impressive, nice box, well secured within...... however.... it went a bit down hill after a couple of days. after three days they wilted, went dark in colour and pretty much looked desperate. day four and we had to bin them. The price too was quite a lot more than other companies selling very similar packages.
All in all, a shame. Interflora, I've used you for many many years, I will think twice next time - sorry.

Flowers were nice but it is a pity you can't pick the delivery time!!!! even for an extra cost.

Great quality roses which were different to the vast majority of roses that you can buy in the shops. A touch expensive but worth it. My girlfriend loved them! Delivery was on time and they kept me up to date with progress.

When the flowers arrived, the packaging was wet, the water from the flowers had leaked into the box. A little disappointed, will have to see how the flowers last.

Although when my wife brought she was pleased until we looked at the quality of the flowers and found they were poor.
Our value for money score is minus 1, the flowers lasted 3 days before wilting which is highly unusual for flowers we have had before from interflora?
Unfortunately we would not recommend these to other customers or friends

I have used Interflora for many years with no complaints. However, this year the roses delivered to my partner on Valentines Day were of a very poor quality. The flowers looked tired and old and, not surprisingly. did not last very long. My partner appreciated the gesture but I was embarrassed by the lack of quality of an expensive product. I shall not be using Interflora anymore.

Delivered on time & recipient loved it

High quality flowers delivered on time and in an excellent state. They also lasted for over a week.

terrible service understand Valentines a busy day but 15.05 is not acceptable

Firstly, the package was left out side the flat and the delivery person did not even bother calling the recipient in advance.
Secondly, the message that was supposed to be sent along with the flower was not contained within the package and no where to be found. This was simply unacceptable.
Thirdly, the flowers were of very poor quality. At least 3 roses had already started withering, and about two third of the roses were unbelievably tiny. About 2cm in width and 3cm in height. The bunch looked nothing like the ones shown on the website! (the website showed the normal sized bouquet, and I actually ordered an extra large bouquet. Can't imagine what the normal sized one would look like)

I have used interflora for years now and they always deliver fantastic results. More recent was valentines day for my lady, flowers delivered with no problems, fresh flowers and the reaction I wanted from my GF :0)

Having spent over £60 on flowers I was disappointed that they arrived after 7pm, in a wet box, and the flowers looked as if they had been picked a few days earlier. It made the idea of a special gift look like a cheap token.
