Was really happy and so placed an order. I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the balloons I had ordered were NOTHING as shown on the photo. The balloon bouquet consisted of 4 different baby girl balloons and 2 shiny balloons. On top of that the 2 of the balloons did not have enough helium in, looked a bit tatty, so I was really upset. I feel that if you have a picture showing six balloons of a certain type, that is what your recipient should get. I can understand flowers having to be substituted when they are out of season, but not balloons, and certainly not for a lesser quantity!
