Flowers looked ok on delivery but soon wilted, supplier contacted and replacement bouquet sent as compensation. Compensation was fine but original flowers were not as expected and spoiled the experience
Was delivered just before 11am. Flowers were beautiful (according to mum) very fresh. Very suitable for the occasion. I ordered this 2 weeks before mother's day but will wait till 1 week before next year as they keep offering a discount at that time.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mothers Day (Her First). The order had very good delivery instructions. On the day I received a text message that the flowers had been delivered. What I didn't know is that the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The flowers were not located until the following morning. I spent a lot of money on a poor service. Will I use Interflora again NO.
The lilies were still closed when the bunch arrived so they didn't give a very striking impression. By the time the lilies opened after around five days the rest of the flowers had died. Much poorer quality than I would expect from Interfora and poor value for money.
The flowers and other items arrived on date requested but the extra items were wrong. I have made several attemps to contact Interflora. I have been cut off three times and had no response to two emails. Please avoid INTERFLORA.
as mothers day is quite a special day which cant be repeated. I decided to use interflora to deliver a bouquet of flowers accompanied by a "mothers day balloon". I also paid extra for sunday delivery and also £10 for free delivery throughout the year. I was delighted to receive a call from my mother on mothers day, thanking me for the flowers. I visited my mother on the 20th to find out that the balloon had not been delivered. oh well I put my trust in a company to deliver the goods. I now wish I had not paid the extra for free delivery for the year. I cant see myself trusting interflora again, as I don't like paying for items that have not materialised.
The delivery arrived very promptly and the mother in question was very happy with her bouquet! More than a week later and she is still very happy as now the lillies in the arrangement have started to bloom!
Having had an account for years, this was an awful bouquet. It was supposed to be a "large" mothers day hand tied: - Only 1 lily and two roses I could have got double the size from Waitrose and it would have cost me half I am unlikely to order from Interflora again - ruined the day (pictures taken)
Excellent service provided from ordering to delivery. Beautiful flowers , value for money and perfect for a special Mum on Mother's Day ....top marks Interflora !!!! Definitely using this service again and highly recommending to friends and family.
The flowers delivered were very disappointing compared to the picture on the web. Within 3 days a number of the heads had to be removed as they had died. The Mother's day bouquet was supposed to be extra large. Compared to my partner's bouquet from a local florist, it was very poor for the money. I would not recommend and will probably never use this service again.
