Flowers were nice, however there were no sunflowers available so I had to accept Lillies. Supplier changed from who the order was originally raised with so when I had contacted them I wasn't calling the correct Florist and they had forgotten our chocolates when dropping off the order so had to return with them.
Wasn't impressed with this. For the money that I spent I expected alot more it was a real disappointment especially the balloon that was meant to be a good luck balloon and instead of that someone had very poorly hand written good luck!
The flowers were lovely and i'm very pleased with them. However my only criticism is that I ordered online and specifically chose one with sunflowers, however they had no sunflowers left. I also emailed the florist to ask for a VAT receipt but never get a reply.
The flowers I ordered were beautiful and fresh, I sometimes worry that the delivered flowers won't match the ones advertised but the received flowers were even better than expected. Good value for money and delivered promptly with no hassle. I would definitely use this florist again in future

Chocolate hamper delivered a couple of days later following contact with customer care. Customer care / web message system functioned well. So though the delay was unfortunate, service was good ;-) Recipient pleased with Chocs ;-)
Very disappointed that the bouquet I ordered did not contain any sunflowers. This was a very special occasion and if I had known that the sunflowers would be replaced with yellow lilies would not have gone ahead with this order.

I have always been pleased with Interflora's service. Their website is fast and easy to use, I have never had any problems with delivery, and the people who have received flowers have always commented on how beautiful and fresh their bouquets were.
For the first time ever I was disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. I happened to be staying with the friend I had ordered it for and hence was there when it arrived. The agapanthus were on their last legs on arrival and the whole bouquet did not last more than a few days.
Ordered the extra large and although they looked nice, they really didn't last as long as they should (delivered Friday and wilting by the Tuesday). Ordered from interflora many, many times and this is the first disappointment.
Having received these flowers as a surprise I was delighted, until a few days later and they opened up a bit and big spaces appeared I checked the website and saw that all the black eye spray chrysanthemums that are listed were missing. That's a quarter of the of the flowers in the bouquet, surely the florist must of known.
Flowers were beautiful and as described. I ordered for delivery for the following day as this had a special significance but they were delivered on the wrong day which was extremely disappointing. I did get an email explaining this was an error but feel I should not have been charged delivery. It did ruin the surprise.
Anniversary flowers ordered late on the 8th and still delivered the same day - great service... got me out of a hole! Flowers looked beautiful on delivery - a lovely big bouquet. Positioned them in a cool, shaded living room with plenty of water. Started to wilt on day 3. Pretty much dead on day 5... these thing happen I guess... To the credit of the florist - I called them today and offered to send them a photo, they declined; took me at my word and have offered to send out a replacement bouquet which I think will be a reasonable outcome...
