Quick delivery, flowers as advertised beautiful large bouquet.

The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was well constructed. However, unfortunately the sunflowers had been replaced with yellow roses with a note attached to apologise. The reason I chose this particular bouquet was the fact that sunflowers are large and bulked the bouquet out very nicely giving the impression of a much larger display of flowers. This was completely lost with the replacement as roses are a much smaller flower and the bouquet looked sparse and poor value for money. I was very disappointed with the end product as it was not what I had ordered or what was expected.

These flowers were completely different to those I usually get for my Mum but I chose them because I liked the colours and the blue Agapanthus was so pretty. Mum was extremely pleased to receive them.

For the first time ever I was disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. I happened to be staying with the friend I had ordered it for and hence was there when it arrived. The agapanthus were on their last legs on arrival and the whole bouquet did not last more than a few days.

Apparently the flowers were lovely.
Good value for money.
Recipient was delighted.
