[...].I ordered a bouquet of summer roses, lilies and gladioli [...]When I went to visit her that evening, I was surprised, disappointed and angry to see that the bouquet that had been delivered did not resemble the photo on The Flower Basket's website. Instead of a stunning selection of pink roses, lilies and gladioli, there were some lilies, but only four roses and no gladioli whatsoever. Instead, there were three lime green chrysanthemum-style flowers, three wine-coloured pieces of foliage with green centres and other pieces of greenery. There was far more greenery than pink flowers, and no gladioli, despite the fact that 'gladioli' is clearly stipulated in the description.The bouquet you delivered was not worth the [$] [...]and caused me embarrassment to have sent such a poor present to my mother on her birthday.[...]

Gladioli not yet in season so a replacement was included which in itself was acceptable, good judgement by the florist but I was a little disappointed in the overall quality and longevity of the flowers.

Over priced. wilted and discoloured flowers [...]I used to use Interflora all the time as di my mum when I were a lad. Now I just go to the local super market or florist for something I know wont disappoint

Ordered the largest bouquet for my step mum's 50th. The flowers were nothing like the display picture and they were no where near as many flowers as stated. Always used interflora bedfore but after this won't be using again

The pictures look lovely - definetely worth giving to someone special to say just how special!They looked lovely on arrival, carefully arranged - excellent so far!Two days later, the coffee table looked like a dried flower arranger's paradise - the petals were all falling off, the stems drooping. What a mess!! Two days? Yes, TWO days!! Too hot? not really - it's been one of the wettest June/July's on record; too much sun? impossible so far this year! [...]

The flowers in the picture look stunning and for this reason I ordered the largest size as an anniversary gift for my parents. Although my parents were delighted to have received such a large bouquet of flowers, when I visited them the next day I saw that the flowers were not at all like those shown in the picture. They weren't pink, but instead very deep reds and the gladioli appeared to have wilted and were somewhat droopy and they were also a deep shade of red. The lillies hadn't opened fully yet but appeared to be white and there were even some lilac/bluish flowers that I didn't recognise that weren't shown in the displayed picture. The bouquet that was delivered to my parents was OK, but definitely not what was shown in the picture.

I ordered these online and my wife was absolutely delighted with them. They looked beautiful, were so big and lasted really well.

I live abroad and i ordered this bouquet for my girlfriend, on our anniversary. She likes lilies and the bouquet had none, i had gladioli instead. She was expecting a beautiful bouquet and she received a cheap looking bunch of plain ordinary flowers, in an even more cheap looking wrapping. A huge disappointment in quality and presentation and definitely no value for money.

We live in new York so sending gifts is difficult. Interflora hits the mark every time. Flowers always have a very personal sentiment which makes them ideal for mothers!Great value [...] keeps me coming back year after year.

The bouquet was ok,I was dissapointed that it only lasted just over a week,I think the reason being when received the roses were fully open and they were the first to go after only about 5 days,the gladiolis really struggled to come out,the lilies were not too bad.The look of the bouquet did not impressed me I thought it was very top heavy and much too big for a bouquet.I would point out I did have flowers given to me from [...] and to say they lasted nearly 3 weeks.to say I would order again would be very doubtful.[@]
