As I am from Ireland but live in New Zealand I use interflora quite regularly. I always find that the gift arrives perfectly on time and looks amazing, I have never had any complaints with the quality of the gift. However, I do find he delivery charge is too high, it really alters the price and adds an extra expense which I feel is slightly excessive. I was also disappointed to when I noticed that the Irish interflora doesn't offer all the alternative gift options that the UK site offers. As I order with interflora at least once a month I would recommend some sort of loyalty programme for continued customers.

I was with my friend when she received this and although she was pleased to receive an unexpected gift of flowers, was distinctly underwhelmed - I thought the flowers looked less than fresh, and had not been very well arranged in the bag - considering the cost was over [$] with delivery, I was very disappointed and would not choose this selection again. I thought it would be ideal, as my friend finds motor skills difficult after a stroke - and she would not have to set these in a vase - wish I had ordered a big bouquet and arranged them for her myself. I do think that maybe it was the florists rather than the actual selection - I am sure my local florists would have done a sterling job with this selection.

The flowers were fresh and fragrant. Yvonne was very happy with the surprise delivery. It made her day and certainly cheered her up no end

The order was not as colourful or nice as the picture on the internet [...]I used interflora before without any problems so I would use interflora again just not this particular florist.

Great value for money, flowers came in a hessian bag so can be used again. Would recommend.
