The website is very userfriendly. As I am located outside of the U.K, I was pleased to recieve help with locating the correct address. I was very pleased with the informative delivery information emails that I recieved. The gift was very well recieved. I will definatly use your services again.

The only thing I miss is that your site does not handle special characters in the "messege box", meaning that some words in my language can't be written (Swedish), so I had to write in English. Not a big deal but it would definatly be something I would appreciate.

This is very well padded. I bought it for a little girl in Pennsylvania; it will be perfect for late winter and spring. It's roomy enough to put on and take off easily and still be warm.

On viewing the range of flowers I picked a very nice looking freetrade bouque of red roses for my mother's birthday, they were delivered ok but when I saw them I was very dissappointed in the quantity and size of the roses, I could also tell that although pleased to receive them my mum was also dissappointed at the quality and quantity.

In the past The Flowers have been Fine, but this time very Limp looking with droopy leaves.
