My second lot of flowers in a month, I sent to my sister who had recieved some devestating news. The flowers cheered her up, she said they were so beautiful and unlike the other flowers she had recieved, these smelt like heaven. I got to see the second bunch when I went to visit her after 4 days of her recieving them and I was so impressed they still looked so fresh. The colours were gorgeous. They are made up in the local shop near my sister and they do a wonderful job and very good for the price too. My only critisism is getting charged for using my credit card. I don't feel this is acceptable in this day and age. I never have to pay a fee for any other web purchases. It is a put off.
The flowers were loved by the recipient and arrived on time. Although the bunch was a little smaller than I thought it would be they were still very nice and the hand written full sized congratulants card was a nice touch.
I ordered this bouquet as an anniverary gift for my daughter and when it arrived the colours were stunning. She was absolutely delighted with the colours and selection of flowers.Three weeks later they are as good as new.
Did exactly what was promised - delivered an absolutely beautiful bunch of flowers within a few hours of being ordered. My friend was so pleased and said they cheered her up no end after a pretty horrid hospital stay. I live a bit of a distance from her too so this was an ideal way of sending a lovely gift - thank you
I would like to say I was very pleased with the flowers delivered to my Mother, as was she. I like the idea that I received an e-mail to let me know they have been delivered, brilliant!!! I have had a very bad experience with Interflora before, which left my Mother very disappointed on her birthday, but decided to give you a second chance, and was not let down this time gratefully, well done Interflora for getting your act together!!!
The picture of the delivered product does not look as good as the picture on the website. The variety is not as great and the number of flowers isn't as great. It does not look as pretty. Very disappointed.
I would not recommend this as it does not represent value for money.
Ordered an Autumn bouquet as a thank you gift and the response was how amazing the display delivered was. Order arrived as requested and I received the request text message. Would certainly use again as always reliable and a good display.
having paid 9.95 for morning delivery i did not expect the flowers to arrive @10mins to12 my wife waited in until 11.30 i had to come back home to wait for the flowers. when i said to the delivery man i thought he would be earlier he said funeral flowers come first he only came 5mins away icould have fetched them myself
I did not see the flowers that I sent to England of course but my friends told me they were very beautiful and brightened up the whole house on a dreary day. Large and colourful for Fall! I bought the 'Extra Large Autumn Hand-tied' as a birthday gift. I have ordered from Inteflora in the past and this time I was fortunate to see the bunch of flowers sent.
Upon seeing the bunch of flowers I was extremely disappointed. For the cost of the flowers (as well as delivery) they did not seem good value for money. I felt as though I could have bought the same flowers for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Buying an extra large bouquet you would expect a vase full of flowers but when viewing, the bouquet seemed sparce. I understand the number of stems are specified in the description but I feel as though this is disjointed from the pictures shown.
A lot of trust is placed on Interflora for delivering items that are usually not seen by the purchaser. I'm not sure based on this last experience if I will buy from Interflora again.
