Only let down is their wasnt alot of flowers!!!!! more greenery which isnt bad but would have liked more colour for the price,
The recipient and her mother were both delighted by the stunning freshness of the blooms and the mixture of colours to celebrate the birth of the new arrival. I was impressed by fact that Interflora telephoned me because I had forgotten to include a gift tag informing the recipient who had ordered the bouquet. I think the bouquet was good value for money
What a disappointment - compared to the website picture there were less than half the flowers in the bouquet that arrived!! I've seen more in ordinary supermarket bunches!! So not value for money - I don't think I'll use the service again. It was a birthday gift I sent on behalf of my newborn grandson to his mum.
really appreciated florist answering my request of 1 large hand tied being delivered as 1 standard hand tied and 2 small ones, delivered as 1 for my wife and 1 for each of my daughters. So nice to know the little details are picked up. Thanks
The flowers were beautiful and good value for money and were very fresh and lasted over ten days. Was very impressed that they were deliverd on time on Christmas Eve considering how busy you must have been.
The flowers delivered were as expected and lasted well. No issues there whatsoever.
The actual ordering process was a pain as it appears the website has incorrect validation on email addresses. It doesn't accept valid one therefore to use the site, I had to create a fake email rather than the one I've had for 15+ years.
That doesn't put a lot of faith in the service online if I'm honest as if something as simple as email validation is incorrect, what else is lurking incorrectly?
I sent 2 Xmas gifts of Flowers one of which I saw myself and it was excellent. The other I did not see but am informed it was very nice. I have used Interflora's website to sent floral gifts regularly for some years now and with one exception have always had a good experience. I do feel however that the florist delivered Flowers are superior to those delivered by courier and always endeavour to pick items which are made up by a florist. The courier delivered items, I have found, are not of as good quality and do not last as long. It would be helpful if the Interflora site had a means of filtering out the courier delivered Items at the initial selection stage rather than having to select each item seperately to find out.
My Sister who is paralysed through MS Loves cut flowers one of her pleasures in life and she was overwhelmed by the quality and Christmas eve delivery I visited her on the 29th and the display still looked really good.
The flowers were delivered 2 days before Christmas as promised. Although a busy time the flowers were excellent quality. Costed very little more than buying locally. Cannot really comment on longevity as still going strong today - 30th December. Would definitely recommend Interflora and would use again.

My mum was delighted with the quality of the flowers, she said it was the best bouquet yet, and I have been sending her flowers via interflora for 29 years. Full of beautiful shades of red, very fresh, and lots of flowers. Delivery was requested for Christmas Eve, and they were delivered around lunch time on the 24 th December as requested. I received several e mails advising me of their progress and delivery, service was excellent, will be happy to continue using interflora for many more years.
