This bouquet, which was sent to a friend just before Christmas as she had received some very bad news, was of poor quality. The only fresh-looking flowers were the lilies; the rest of the bouquet, in her words, "had seen better days". This is unusual for Interflora as their flowers are usually good, and I felt let down and embarrassed that a thoughtful gift turned out to be such a disaster at what was, for my friend, a very difficult time.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful and our friend was delighted with them. I always think to receive flowers is special, but these were amazing. We bought them to say thank you, but these flowers would be ideal for any occasion. Thank you for the quality of the flowers and the quick and efficient service you delivered!
I have ordered from Interflora on a number of occasions and have never been anything less then totally satisfied with the service received, starting from when I pick up the phone or log-on, to when I hear from the recipient that their gift has arrived. On this occasion I was impressed to be told very openly from the outset that there were no local florists open to deliver the order for 3 days, before I committed myself. A photograph from the recipient showed the bouquet to be exactly as described and she was delighted.
Once again .... a very happy mummy with flowers that were fresh, good value for money, as described ... all white .... and punctually delivered. The previous flowers lasted for a good couple of weeks and hopefully these will too ... which I don't doubt at all.
Flowers were ordered in England for delivery next day to Belfast .Operater was exceptionally plesent and helpful ,very efficient . Flowers arrived next morning for a friends 60th birthday celebration .Flowers were fantastic , very well presented and very fresh.Would certainly recommend interflora service to anyone for professionalism, quality and freshness .WELL DONE
I sent two of these bouquets so do not know which one you want the review for as it doesn't say who they were for. The ones that went to wolverhampton were fine and delivered, I was notified as requested. The ones that went to Bewdley I did not see, but there was nobody in when they delivered so they put them behind the dustbin where they weren't discovered until the next day so they were not looking good by then. I was not contacted to say there was a problem or to say they had been delivered. Will not use inter flora again for this address.
The 'keep smiling' bouquet was excellent, the flowers are still being enjoyed ten days after being delivered. The delivery was made the same day and I consider the service was first class and certainly value for money.
My sister sent me a picture of her bouquet, which bore absolutely no resemblance to that pictured or described by interflora. There were fewer stems and different plants had been substituted. There were no roses at all in the bouquet. I was very disappointed as I had spent quite a bit of money and hoped for something better than what looked like a supermarket/petrol station bouquet. I will not be using interflora again.
I have ordered with other companies in the past and been let down on many occasions. I have placed two orders with Interflora recently and have been very happy with the service. The gifts always arrive on time and I am kept up to date with the status of my orders throughout.
The quality was good (according to the recipient). I'm not as satisfied with the ordering process. I ordered on 30th December, for delivery on 31st. Nothing on the website indicated there might be a problem with delivery the next day. Everything was looking good, until I received an email from Interflora telling me that due to stock issues, the order would be delivered on 2nd January. I asked if another display could be delivered, and was told no stock available at local florist. By that time it was too late to cancel the order and find another supplier. Please do not allow customers to go all through the order process, pay, thank them for their successful order, and THEN tell them it can't be delivered on the right day!
As these flowers were a birthday gift to be delivered 200miles away, I did not get to actually see the flowers. However the birthday girl was very pleased with the bouquet, and they were delivered on time.
my elderley mother is the hardest person on the planet to please , her flowers were delivered promptly and in excellent condition, her one gripe was "the lilies are to smelly".......theres no pleasing some people...lol
i ordered the extra large bouquet of the month as it looks so pretty on the website.I wasnt impressed with either the arrangement nor size of the first boquet so sent back after florist who admitted she had sent the standard one minus the holly. The second attempt was no better ... recipient said same flowers but spread out more. So very disappointed. the stem count was supposedly correct but looks nothing like web pic.
