I was disappointed with the size and content of the bouquet given the price I paid.

Delivery at 5.15pm on Valentine's Day is just too late. If I had realised at the time of ordering that it could be delivered after my wife had left work then I would never have bothered. We had to drive back there to pick them up which defeated the entire object of ordering them for delivery in the first place. Very disappointed.

The flowers arrived and were not as colourful as the picture. There are hardly any flowers in the display it is mainly made up of cheap greenery. I have noticed this with Interflora in the past, the displays are mainly the greenery and never full of flowers as in the pictures.

I understand that there is a premium to pay for Valentine flowers, however I was bitterly disappointed that the number and quality of blooms was not as I expected. The flowers did not match up to those shown in the advert.

OK, not as big as I was expecting and haven't lasted particularly well.

Being at the other end of the world from my wife who lives in Yorkshire I sent a bunch of flowers and a message.
My wife was most appreciative of the gift and remarked on how beautiful they were. Thanks for making her day on the 14th February

Not a valentine's gift but important to be delivered on thebday. Booked from Belgium for a UK delivery and everything worked perfectly. An important relative received the flowers on the intended day and was very appreciative. Delivering flowers on valentines day cannot be easy, well done.

I didn't see the flowers but my wife was just 'made-up' with them, they were there when she got back from work and since i was stuck in the middle of the desert at the time she wasn't expecting anything...but she was just chuffed with them...cheers!
