I ordered some flowers, chocolates and balloon to be delivered to my sister on her birthday. She is a doctor who was working a long shift in A&E. I am so impressed that the delivery person went above and beyond to deliver her the flowers. It seemed as though she went from ward to ward around a big hospital to find my sister and didn't give up until she gave them to her personally. Absolutely fantastic service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
I ordered flowers as a surpise for my Dad. He was out on the delivery day. Customer Services were so helpful and lovely to him resolving his query. The flowers were beautiful arrived that day very happy.
The flowers were very nice for about 3 days and then they looked awful! The roses were the first to turn brown, shortly followed by the rest! Very disappointed by this, I would have expected them to last at least a week. They were in the bin by day 5, wish I had gone to the supermarket instead as you usually get at least 2 weeks of freshness from there and at a much cheaper price!
Particularly disappointed as these were for my mother-in-laws wedding anniversary and it was the first since my father-in-law passed away! Certainly for the price paid and the fact it was Interflora supplying the flowers I expected a much higher standard of quality and freshness!
Very much doubt I would ever place another order and certainly would not recommend to anyone else!
I sent 2 of the same bouquets to 2 separate people and wasn't happy with either of them. One wasn't even what I ordered but with a phonecall they changed it......but did not have the correct bag in stock or the correct flowers!!!! the other was correct bag but not enough flowers for an upgraded version. so on both flowers was unhappy. Will not use Interflora again im afraid.
