After many successful purchases with Interflora, I have to say this order has fallen short of the usual standard and that makes it difficult to review the product fairly. The arrangement was beautiful for 3 days, then the roses died despite our best efforts and ruined what was otherwise a stunning display. As a result I feel the arrangement to be overpriced and not of the quality expected from interflora. I will still order from them, but I will avoid anything which includes Roses.
Quality of gift was excellent and gift was well received.
my main concern was that I paid £10 to have them delivered between 9am-midday. I received a test at 12.05pm saying they had been delivered when they actually never reached my wife until about 12.20pm. So value for money not great from the additional charge standpoint. other than that service was great.
The flowers were sent to my Mum who wasn't very well. Not only was the bouquet absolutely stunning but the lovely man who delivered them was so kind and helpful. Brought the flowers into the house and was very attentive.
The flowers were beautiful, but it was disappointing to get an email 2 days after the order was placed and day before they were due to be delivered to say the florist did not have certain flowers in stock, offered a replacement but stated that the orderr would not be delivered unless I responded. Luckily I did see my email in the evening, but a phone call would have been better !!
We have ordered flowers for a friend. Living abroad it was slightly upsetting that you have to have an English address to be able to order but we have managed. We haven't seen the flowers but have hears they were nice.
Flowers were a nice colour when they came. But we had asked for the extra large bunch which came but looked very small to what we paid for and we were not to impressed as it was a thank you present for our mother.
