Fantastically easy on-line process. Great price for a wonderful bouquet of flowers with a vase supplied as well which was much appreciated. 90th birthday flowers for my Grandmother who lives hundreds of miles away. Suggestion 1. Increase the variety of cards, the one for birthdays looks pretty standard.
Living over a hundred miles from family means that birthday gifts are easy with Interflora. My mother and step mother both love flowers so it's an ideal solution come birthdays. They always phone back to say how lovely the flowers are so I know that when I order they will be quality and be delivered on time which makes life a lot easier.
I currently live in Canada so I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum on her birthday as I couldn't be there to give her a present in person. The picture on the site of the bouquet I ordered looked beautiful. The bouquet that arrived on my mum's doorstep on her birthday did not.
Firstly, one of the flowers pictured on the website was missing completely from the bouquet (granted it was not one of the main colourful flowers, rather one of the smaller 'filler' plants), but the bouquet looked empty without it.
Secondly, the bouquet was delivered with most of the flowers closed, so instead of my mum receiving a big multicoloured bouquet as pictured on your site, she received a sad and rather empty looking green/yellow bouquet with a couple of pink flowers.
Some of the other flowers have now opened and it looks much better, although still a bit sparse due to the missing filler plants, but I am concerned that by the time the last flowers open some of the other flowers will already be dead, so at no point will she see the full bouquet as it should have been.
I was disappointed that my mum did not receive the bouquet I was expecting her to. I understand that each bouquet is made in dividually and will always look a little different from the file picture, but what she ended up with looked nothing like the picture. If it is standard practice to send bouquets with most of the flowers unopened then there should be a note about this on the website so people know to expect this, and are not suprised when their bouquet arrives looking nothing like what they ordered.
