Recently ordered from another internet flower shop and was bitterly disappointed when they told me last minute they could not deliver the flowers. Recently, Interflora prompted via email a day before my sister's birthday. Flowers were ordered, they looked beautiful on arrival, were delivered on time and not only that when she did not answer the door they left them in the porch (upon my request) and took them out of the box and displayed them on the shelf for her to find. Taking risks is good but not at the expense of loved ones so will be sticking to Interflora in the future! :)
I recently sent my mum some flowers to thank her for helping us with childcare when our daughter was poorly. I visited my mother on Monday and saw the flowers and to say I was disappointed was an under statement. The arrangement was so sparse that I asked my mum if she had removed some of the flowers from the arrangement and put them elsewhere. This was meant to be a thank you gift an quite frankly I feel extremely disappointed as I ordered through Interflora as I felt it was a brand to be trusted but I shall not be ordering again.
I chose these because the picture looked really bright and cheery, however I feel the flowers were not anything like the ones in the picture, slightly drooping and full of greenery! The picture semed to be compact with bright flowers and this one was not.
Flowers excellent - delivery on time. The only drawback is the fussiness of the demands when placing the order. I pay by PayPal which has all my relevant details and most firms accept that. Interflora, however, demands that one fill in all the details again before the transaction can be completed. In future, if this is not simplified, I shall simply discontinue my order and make other arrangements. I object to giving superfluous information about myself so that it can be sold on..
