How do I buy this as a gift? Simply call us on 01529 416 588 to book a place - we can send the invitation and joining information directly to your recipient, or to you if you'd prefer to give the gift yourself.
What happens if I, or the person I've given the experience to can't make the date? No problem - simply contact us up to seven days prior to your class and we'll book you on to another class taking. Please be aware that a fee may be applicable for date amendments or cancellations made less than seven days prior to the date of your class - full details can be found in our terms and conditions.
Will everyone be of the same ability? Our classes are of mixed ability. Given the small size of the classes our florists will ensure that you receive a good level of support allowing you to get the most out of the class.
Can I bring children with me? Sorry, but we're unable to allow children to attend the flower school as either participants or non-participants.
Does the location cater for people of impaired mobility? Our classes take place on the ground floor of Chandos House, please be aware that you will need to ascend a short flight of steps to gain access to the building. If required, an external chair lift is available to gain access to the building from street level, please let us know when placing your booking if you may need to make use of this, or have any other questions about accessibility.
How do I get to Interflora Flower School? All of our classes are held within the elegant setting of Chandos House, a beautiful Georgian townhouse located in the heart of London's West End, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station.

What should I bring with me? We’ll provide you with all the materials, flowers and equipment you need to create your stunning design. You might want to bring along your camera to take photographs of your creation.
How many students will be in the class with me? We’ve kept class sizes limited to a maximum of 15 people, that way we’ll be able to spend time assisting you on a one to one basis and give you any coaching that you may need.
What time do the courses start and finish? Afternoon courses will run from 2pm until 5pm and evening courses start at 6pm and end at 9pm.
How do I know which classes are suitable for me? Our classes are suitable for all abilities. Our experienced tutors will ensure that you have all the guidance you need to enjoy your Flower School experience.
Is the class catered? We want you to feel at home at Interflora Flower School, so we’ll provide tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the class. As an added treat, you’ll be offered a glass of wine on arrival and some delicious fresh pastries to indulge in too.
What should I wear? It’s advisable to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Will I get to take my design home with me? The design you create is yours to take home and enjoy. Everyone who attends a class at Interflora Flower School will also receive a certificate from their tutor - a great way to remember the day.
