Mum was very pleased with this basket arrangement for her birthday. Beautiful fresh flowers, though I personally would have liked more than 9 stems for the price. Ordered on the morning for delivery that day. Delivered just before 6pm. Overall, Mum was very pleased.

Have you in the marketing department ever thought, "this review will take my customers time up & they are not being offered any incentive to complete it?"
Customer thinks, "why should I bother helping out Interflora if I don't get some incentive back for my time." How many requests for this type of thing do I get on an almost daily basis. If I completed all of the requested reviews , I would not have time to do anything else. Why not offer 10% off your next order, or a special bouquets for the best reviews? Your customer would then think "wow interflora really care about the customer, & make me feel special.
Ok a little secret, I have been in the business of keeping customers happy for nearly 20years, it's not rocket science to me, just put yourselves in the place of the customer, do you or have you made your customer happy today with this review request? It's not always about profits, have you gone the extra mile for your most important asset, if not you can bet another company will, and you will be left scratching your heads and asking where have all our customers gone??
Your products are great, so were 4 or more massive retail chains that have disappeared from our high street in the last few years, what happened to them? In my opinion they stopped making their customers feel special. So step out once in a while, do something amazing, & make your customer feel special. People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, they will never forget how they made you feel.
The basket arrangement was as requested - excellent Worth every penny They are still looking as fresh as the day they arrived (20th August) even after a 3 hour car journey. Highly recommended in particular for finding a cottage on a remote hillside deep in the Durham countryside and along a rough track. Fabulous.
