Delay and misled txt told they were cancelled still no money back unacceptable lack of communication no phone call to say they could not find the address but txt to say delivered when not then delivered a day late for an 80th birthday.
Beautiful flowers in attractive vase and support, which you can keep and use again, which lasted 2 weeks. My relative was made very happy as she has not had flowers at the front door for a very long time. Great surprise, everyone loves flowers delivered to make you feel very special.
The bouquet my daughter in law received in no way resembled the image I ordered. It was mainly composed of orange lilies and a fluffy yellow plant which I couldn't identify. No roses, no gerbera. However, the service was immaculate. I requested a more specific delivery time, and this was taken into account and carried out to perfection. The man I spoke to was courteous and efficient.
I ordered flowers and sparkling wine for my Mum's birthday. Annoyingly these were dealt with as separate deliveries I assumed this was because they were coming from different suppliers, I even had to pay two delivery charges even though they were going to the same address and were placed in the same order online.
The flowers arrived fine. But about an hour later I had a call from a rather curt delivery driver asking if he could drop the wine off tomorrow, as he'd already been to that address once, and was now ten miles away! He'd clearly already dropped the flowers, and missed the wine, so why was I charged two deliveries??
I said no, it was my mum's birthday and I expected it to arrive today. He got very huffy and said 'fine, i'll bill the company extra'. About an hour later he called again, asking what my mum's surname was, as he only had a first name!! The delivery was actually to a hotel where my mum was on holiday, and not surprisingly they didn't know who 'Susan' was. I checked my online order, and I had clearly given a first and surname.
A very disappointing service. I don't think i'll be using Interflora again.
