I was very pleased with the purchase. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. But I expected more from the bouquet. The picture in website it was a most beautiful form. But nothing that disturbed the surprise. I would like to emphasize the hand made card. Ii gave a special touch to the present. Even containing words in Portuguese that are unknown in the English language, the guy who wrote the card was very attentive and the final result was very positive. My only complaint is the delivery time. Because it begins only at 9 am. I would prefer it to be delivered early. However, I believe this problem is more due to different customs between Brazil and UK. Thanks all the service and the attention provided to me.
Service was great and the contact to whom i spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. The product was superb and i had a very happy girlfriend who was the envy of her collegues when she walked through the office with her roses.
The occasion for the bouquet,was the First Anniversay,of the death of my cousin,and although he was 62 it was felt with great sadness throughout the whole family.The flowers were for my aunt ,and uncle who are approaching their nineties.so really the flowers were a gesture of compassion,which were received with a heartfelt welcome,but it wasnt the same as for a happier occasion where flowers could have had a totally different meaning.I will be useing your service again,and i shall without hessitation recomend you when ever i can,i was pleased with both the service,and the price,and your agent was so helpful,and understanding,when i was on the phone...thank you....Paul Morrell
I think you should ask the people who received the gifts or flowers there not going to tell the sender they weren't up to standared are they, so you have there addresses send them a little feed back note. They might reply who knows, hopefully you will get an honest opinion. I have to say I have used your company a few times over the last coupe of years and have never had poor comments but who's going to upset a 71 year old pensioner not you or them ...I would also like to say A Big THANK YOU for the service you give to people who are not always able to see or be with the ones they love

It was meant to be a special bouquet to my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. Initially we were both pleased with the display but unfortunately after just 4 days they started to look very much passed their best and after just a week they have had to be thrown away. Extremely disappointed definitely not value for money

I live in the UAE and sent some flowers with chocolates to my girlfriend in the UK for her birthday. I cant personally judge on the the flowers or chocolate as I was not there but my girlfriend was very happy with the flowers and apparently the chocolates were very good too.

Great service. On line order process was very easy and untuitive to follow. I really liked the process tracking updates ie receiving an email when flowers were dispatch and when delivered, esp given I am ordered from overseas. The flowers were also very good quality (so I heard). Thank you.
I ordered the 18 stem version and when it arrived the roses looked lovely but the gypsophila was very sparse causing the roses to be bunched together and the individual heads to be lost amongst each other.
