I was very happy with the gift I had delivered to my girlfriend as she loves white flowers and especially lillies.
I did find that the delivery cost was far too steep though, especially considering the distance from the allocated flower shop to my house.
The one thing that did disappoint me is that whoever typed / prepared the message to go in the card missed out apostrophes. For example "you're" was typed as "you re" and "it's" as "it s". Very poor really if the software used doesn't accept apostrophes and was a shame considering the message was supposed to be special.
flowers very nice good quality and last the whole week, however they were delivered 1 week early so by the time my wifes birthday came around there were no flowers left. i even got a text telling me on the day, that they had been delivered.!!!
Paid extra to have the bouquet delivered at a specific time and date and it was delivered a day early, usually this would be good service but not as a birthday gift - if you must charge extra for this service, please have the decency to read the customer instructions
I was disappointed that on the day there were no white roses suitable or of good enough quality to go into the bouquet and these had to be substituted. There was no offer of a discount for using alternative flowers instead of the roses and I would expect the substitute was a cheaper flower. As it was notified on the day the bouquet was to go out I had little choice to refuse an alternative as then the gift would not be sent. I spent a lot of time online choosing exactly what I wanted and felt as I said disappointed - I felt once the money had been paid the goods weren't supplied as promised.
it took just two hours for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered to my lovely friend who was feeling a bit down after chemo.......she was delighted and popped into the florist to say how lovely they were....they were worth every penny.
Delivery and presentation was faultless hence the two stars but very disappointed with how long the white roses lasted as they seem to die within a day of receiving them. I paid a lot of money and could of gone to morrisons as they are much cheaper and last longer.
The flowers were ready at the time requested ( very important for this particular occassion) They were fresh and very lovely. It is very good to know I can rely on this service when so far away from many friends and family in UK
Hi - I tried out the same day click and collect service with this order as it was an emergency request. I placed it at about 10.30am and selected a florist near to where I could pick it up. At 12, I had a call from the florist checking in with the order to make sure all was OK. I picked up this magnificent bunch of flowers at 6pm that afternoon- they really were magnificent as I went for the XL version. They looked exactly like the picture, completely presentable as is with the lilies waiting to bloom so you knew there'd be some more days of enjoyment. The florist even arranged them in a vase for us. They certainly created an impression when they were given to the bride-to-be they were ordered for.
I bought one of the more expensive, large bouquets as a gift for my Mum's birthday. Apparently, the flowers withered within 3 days - not great. My Mum called to complain. To give Interflora credit, they collected the remains of the withered bunch and delivered a replacement. 3 stars reflecting the poor experience in the first instance, offset by good customer service response to the issue.
Bought as an anniversary gift. Absolutely beautiful and the wife loved them. Bought the extra large bouquet but unfortunately the roses didn't even last a full week, disappointing considering the price.
I placed two orders - one of the recipients, unknown to me, was away on holiday. The delivery was taken back to the florist, Interflora called me to let me know that they had left a card and 5 days later a new order of fresh flowers was delivered.....excellent service. Interflora maybe a little more expensive than their competitors but worth paying the extra as they always go the extra mile and deliver beautiful fresh and lasting products.
Pretty expensive, but delivery day, date & time was perfect. Birthday present for my sister. Because she usually goes away for her birthday, the florist rang her before delivery to make sure she, or someone else would be home. My sisters comment was "WOW".
For the cost of these flowers I was very disappointed, they were less than spectacular and only really lasted for a day. The following day a high percentage of the flowers looked past their best, which is not what I had expected.
